Used 2018 Mercedes-Benz GLC-Class SUV Consumer Reviews
2018 GLC 300
this is the first and last Mercedes I will purchase, and here is the reason why. between the MASSIVE depreciation 60% as of 3/21 and the idiotic idea to put the filter for the transmission on the Pan, so it would cost 650 dollars to change transmission oil... yup, stupid, lost customer

Interior Design Is Best In Class
Delivered new at the end of January 2018. Looked at all competitors in this size/class. Went with Mercedes Benz GLC 300 because of the interior quality/design and quality ride while not sports like is good. After 9K miles mostly highway, no issues with MB build to speak of. On the negative side, took one star off for tires. The run flat tires were not what I wanted and I did not have an option to go with non run flat tires. Have not had a flat in 20 years so went with the GLC 300. Well got a flat in Florida. Have to buy a new tire to replace a tire with no wear warranty. Yes there is no mileage warranty on the Pirelli run flat tires. The reviews indicate that I will be lucky to get 20K out of these tires. So because of the extra material on the sidewall to make the tire a run flat tire, they use soft rubber. The soft rubber may also be the reason for the flat. Less resistant to puncture. With a spare tire, you change the tire and your on the road again. With run flat tires you can drive 50 miles period. So if you are on the road, this could be a stay over in a hotel. Tire stores are not open 24/7 and they do not all sell Pirelli run flat tires. So Mercedes Benz gives you 50 miles with run flat tires, and saves a lot of money on a spare wheel/tire, jack, and lug wrench, and you may have to replace the tires at 20K costing you maybe $900 plus. Run Flat tires sound good until you get a flat.

Disappointed in my Mercedes GLC
My biggest disappointment with my GLC is that it does not have Apple/Android Play and cannot be retrofitted. The car doesn't even allow me to voice to text when I receive a text. I have to select command and then tell it to send a text to ... I would not have bought this car if I knew the technology was so antiquated. In addition I've had to take my car in twice in the first 90 days, once to have the transmission adjusted because it was skipping gears and once to have the brake pads replaced because they were squeaking so bad in cold weather.

GLC just for me!!!
We moved up from an E350 4 dr sedan to this automobile. We have had a Lexus SUV in the past and liked it. This car is every bit of what we were looking for as far as size, style , comfort and driveability. We take trips to visit family up north and I know we are going to enjoy the ride this car provides. Carplay will make the trips enjoyable with access to navigation on our Apple phones as well as music from Pandora. Love how it handles and the turbo charged 4 cylinder engine more than makes up what power we left behind in our E350. This has been our 2nd vehicle from the same dealership in Gainesville and we couldn't be more happier with our salesman Walt and our service guy, Damien. Great car, great sales transaction and great service from our new GLC.

Great SUV. Clunky Technology.
I just read the review about how nice the car is...except for the technology. I won’t rehash what’s already been said. But I’m shocked that a car from MB at this price point is so far behind the competition. Placing a call takes 47 steps. Trying to decipher the on screen display for anything is next to impossible. Especially while cruising down the road. The Audi Q7 that I traded in for this car was 10x more functional. And that car was a 2007!
