Best yet SUV
At 80K miles it's getting time to trade in. This has been one the most comfortable, fun to drive, practical vehicles I've ever owned. Great value as a used car if you're shopping. You will not be disappointed.

Zoooooom Zoooom
I recently purchased a 2016 Mazda cx-5 grand touring in white back in may of 2021 with 34k miles. She was well taken care of and it shows. I once worked as a manger for mazda and let me tell you. I love it! coming from a 2019 Toyota corolla brand new to needing more space for my kids i was more than happy to purchase this beauty. I love the bose audio system sounds just like it should. It also definitely lives up to its motto "zoom zoom" such a fun sporty ride. I took it to denver shortly after purchase and she did great, 32-35 MPG on the highway for 15 hours is great for an suv. Only "negative" I have is the armrest is poorly designed and the little plastic clip seems to break easy costing upwards of $100 dollars from the local mazda dealer. AWD is amazing and the gas isnt to bad for someone who drives alot. All in all i hope things continue to go great I look forward to purchasing another. Beats rav4 and nissan rogue and honda cr-v.

CX-5 is Excellent car!!!!!
Very nice features, 4cyl engine has some great power. It was for my daughter. That was the best car I seen, where she looked comfortable in the drivers seat. She looked good and her view out, all the windows was great. Not swallowed up in a huge cock-pit. And of course being her dad. Safety is my #1 thing!!!!!!
Great but with some flaws
I am happy with this car but there is definitely room for improvement. I love the looks, inside and out and it handles well. It does have quite a bit of road noise. The Bose speakers are ok, did not quite meet my expectations. The paint quality is quite awful. It is paper thin so expect lots of paint chips, scratches, and swirls even meticulous care. Quality of leather seats are subar as well, i have mysterious holes on the seats.

Should of bought a Kia
Don't get me wrong - this is a nice vehicle. But the infotainment system is awful. Mine is going on the third time in for repair. The system freezes up all the time, you lose Sirius connectivity constantly and it only read me my text messages the first day I owned it - hasn't worked since. The time also changes all by itself - can't even trust the clock. Dealership has no idea why. I'd stay clear of this vehicle for awhile - toooooo many bugs yet. Also had the tires rotated and then the vehicle shook over 60 mph. Had to bring in for rebalancing. Vehicle still shakes slighly - bet they aren't going to buy me new tires. Never had these problems with the Kia.

poor front seats
overall I am satisfied but very disappointed with the quality and comfort of the front seats, especially the driver side. i am also disappointed with the alarm system. There seems to be an electrical shortage that causes the alarm to sound randomly when the lock button is pressed. This happens 3-5 per month. Two dealerships have not been able to detect the sound and unable to find the source of the problem.
