Used 2004 Mazda 6 Sedan Consumer Reviews
Great Car
Nearing 90,000 miles with zero problems. The only issue has been a few interior rattles that come and go depending on the outside temperature. It looks like I might be wearing out the drivers seat. Very fun to drive, cannot understand why Mazda decided to redesign the car?
Mazda 6-cess!
I got my car to replace my totaled mazda b-2500. the only complaints i have is the notchy gearbox and various rattles but that's it. my mazda is rock bottom of the 04 mazda6 lineup- no moon roof, automatic trans, leather, multi disk player etc. but the interior design is very good and roomy. cars good for aggressive driving and sounds the part too. some say it doesn't get enough horse power and mileage but mine with a aftermarket intake has 30-40 extra hp and 2-3 more mpg, so don't change the car change the intake.

Mazda
We purchased our 2004 Mazda 6 sports sedan and we love it. We were also testing a Pontiac Grand AM GT and the difference was incredible, You can tell right away the Mazda is put together very tightly. It has a modern look and very sleek design. This is my first non GM car and I couldn't be happier. Great fuel mileage too.
Almost Perfect
Needs lock button lights, needs better speakers. thats all. its a great ride. and sporty and sexy. fast and fun. i have a fully loaded V6 apperarnce package (ground effects) all leather and lapis blue. the best color. i love it
Great Car
My wife and I bought our '04 used, it had 90,000km on it, We've had it for about 3 weeks now and it's been a dream driving it. We shopped for over 1 year and found this to be the perfect car. We have a 9 month old daughter and needed a car that was big enough for everything we had to lug around, as well as be fun to drive. The 6 hit the mark. With the car seat in the center of the back seat (due to side airbags deployed from front seats) there is still enough room to put the front seats all the way back. The 3L V6 is a little big for what we wanted, but with the 5 speed manual, it's a lot of fun to drive and so far the fuel mileage seems to be good, even in cold winter driving (Canada).
