I bought this car in desperation as my previous car had left me all but broke. It had been sitting for over a year, and I wasn't sure about Ford products, but it fit into my tiny budget.I put a new battery in and it fired right up; I got the fuel system cleaned and the ball joints greased,my mechanic said that's all it needed.I figured I'd keep it for a few months until it wore out so I could get a better car. That was over three years ago,and it's still going strong.Have invested maybe $550 in it(including new tires),and considering how long it sat, that's nothing.Haven't had to do any repairs besides when I first got it,and that wasn't its fault. The air suspension has had a slow leak since I got it,but as long as you can live with the suspension light on it won't cause a problem.Have been meaning to convert it,just haven't got around to it yet.I absolutely love my car and would definitely buy another.Smooth, quiet, and comfortable, very safe(if you have to go through a seedy area no one bothers you).At 190,000 miles,I get an average 18.7 mpg according to the computer, which is what it says it got when new.I would recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable older car.

One of the Best Cars to Own

I've owned this car for 4 years, I bought it with 121k miles and now it has 165k. It has been the most reliable car I could ask for, I got rear ended and it got totaled but since the damage was almost un-noticeable I did the buy back and I still drive it. I buy crap cars to try and keep wear off of the car. Where all my other cars have failed this has been there to catch me and hold me as my only car as well as backup. I hardly ever have to maintain it, I had to change a ball joint once and just change the oil. One of the best cars ever made.

24 MPG on highway. All controls clearly labeled - no confusing symbols. Lots of room - no bucket seats. Everything works. Beautiful design. Enormous trunk - bigger than most SUV storage areas. Long wheel base. Lots of insulation. Wonderful car.

Aloha: We love our towncar as do our two small dogs who sit between us upfront. Plenty of room and love the inside door storages. Beautiful ride, plenty of power for going over the mountain since we live on the windward side of Oahu and must go over the mountain to get to Honolulu. Twice I have had hotel doormen go to open the back door thinking I was entering my limo or something. The husband and I got lots of laughs from this. It is a beautiful comfortable car.

1997 Executive Lincoln Town Car This vehicle is an 11 on a 10 scale. The most comfortable ride, on the dash is a 3 steering setting so it can feel like any vehicle you want {not wheel steering adjustments up down etc...}. Great 23 mpg. The backseat looks like a couch. The trunk could hold 8 people. I bought it with 45,000 miles on it and now have over 100,000. Had to replace the intake cause I like to put my foot in it. Super fast, super comfort, what more could you want. And best of all it looks like a lincoln. Mine looks just like the photo above....GORGEOUS.
