This is my second Navigator. My first was 2018. I waited over a year and a half to get this new Black Label Model which listed for $106,485. Ride is very luxurious and a boulevard ride. Certainly not a European ride. Interior is very comfortable and well appointed. However, it seems to have been detailed with less quality than my 2018 model. Although there are a few more options offered on this model the use of those options are in a place difficult to implement. The message option if on the road is difficult to use. The trunk button is non-descript. Reading the cruise control and other buttons while driving is difficult because of the size print. The new phone call button is not simultaneous. One needs to be a Purdue Engineering school graduate to figure out all of the seat adjustments. The radio and all of its options are a challenge. Probably the biggest surprise was the 10 speed transmission. It jumps into gear and the smooth shifting is gone. In reverse the transmission makes a high pitched whine. The driver side doors are not flush. Disgraceful! Did I mention that this car listed for over $106 G’s! I don’t engineer cars but I do drive them. I know what I like and what I do not like. Quality of my unit is below average.

We owned a 2018 Reserve L and loved it. Recently got the 2022 Black Label L adn have had nothing but problems. Last night it would not start and had to be dragged to a dealer. We have had leaks, electrical problems, and not mechanical problems. The real kicker is this very expensive automobile can leave you stranded at any moment. Unfortunately this will be replaced with another brand very soon.

This is our 4th Navigator in 17 years...and every one of them has been great. Just picked up a 2022 Black Label...last one in stock for 2022 most likely...and couldnt be happier! Just sitting in this SUV, you know it's special...from the quality of the leather...the feel of the controls...and the technology which is head and shoulders past that of German and Japanese luxury SUVs. We looked at the Lexus LX600, and although the Lexus is about the same length, the amount of room in the Lincoln is far greater and the interior itself is more airy. We have the Yacht Club theme (light blue) which looks 10x better in person than online...it is truly unique. We traded our 2020 Aviator Black Label which was a great vehicle as well...but the extra room in the 3rd row of the Navigator is adult-sized and highly recommended if you are carrying 3+ teenagers, as we do regularly. Sometimes, there is just no substitution for a full-size American SUV. The subtle changes to the front and rear of the Nav for 2022 really improve things..and compared to the GM offerings, the front end is not as high. Great new features for 2022 as well...Active Glide handsfree highway driving and massage seats in the 2nd row buckets!! We were able to find a rather unique option on our Nav, the 2nd row console delete. Having a walk-thru in the 2nd row was something we lacked in the Aviator and it just makes getting to the 3rd row so much easier. Looking forward to first long trip after breaking it in!

Third new navigator I have bought since 2010. I prefer the L series and always black. These are beauties that can also tow, haul and get through a muddy road. They truly do it all. I have had zero issues with any of them and we still have our 2017 model. Just lubricate the hinges on the power running boards monthly and they will never break, like the vehicles you see on the road with the boards stuck out. Very comfortable and safe vehicles that are fit for a king!
