Have owned for a year now... here’s the take on it

I traded my 2015 Cadillac Escalade for the Navigator L. After one year, here are the facts... Hate and I mean hate the rear seat entertainment system - DO NOT opt for it - it was a $2000 con (it can’t be controlled from the front so toddlers can’t use it) - Lincoln just shrugged its shoulders. After a year, mine still has the plastic on the screens - useless. Love the seats and the ride compared to the Escalade. Hate the piano key shift - thought it was cool until doing 3 point turns. Getting any parts for the car is a nightmare right now (COVID). Safety features like the backup cameras are much better on the Escalade (camera does not auto switch to front camera when put in drive after backing up - the Escalade does this automatically). If Cadillac upgrades their seats and reliability, I will be returning my business to them.

Fancy but rides like truck on rough roads

I have had a # of luxury high end SUV's, and this has the worst ride of any of them. Part of the problem is probably the 22" wheels but have to think the Lincoln suspension needs some serious attention. I have a late model Ram Limited 1500 Pickup that has a much better ride then the Lincolm. But, the vehicle does have a great interior, definitely an A+ on that. It is currently in the shop with a short in the electrical nobody can find! Have had truck for 11k miles with only bad battery problem. Everything else ha performed flawlessly. Pulled a 2,000 trailer and did not know it was there. Got about 15 mpg at interstate speeds. Would like to see in future models a color screen instead of the dull grey screen. Would like air suspension as the ride on rough surfaces is teeth rattling. Sound suppression could be improved, pretty noisy on concrete roads. The shiny surfaces on top of consoles are very easy to scratch and show everything, including smallest amounts of dust. I think a wood steering wheel instead of the leather wrapped one would be much classier in a luxury vehicle. I can’t complain at all about about the V6 engine, a real winner. I like the truck but when replacement time comes around I don’t know if I will buy another unless some serious improvements are made in suspension. Four years later am still having electrical issues, rear hatch won't open. Have been to dealer 5 times with same issue. I switched to Michelin LTX tires and that improved ride over rough roads quite a bit and improved tire noise. Have owned car for about five years. Dealer finally fixed tail gate. The resale value has dropped like a rock. Have not experienced any other problems.

I went from luxury sedans all of my life to a Black Label Navigator. By far the most comfortable vehicle I have ever driven. Just drive one first to see if if the size to too difficult to maneuver. It took me a couple of days but piece of cake now. At stop lights on lookers stare. It an awesome ride. Brosky

The blue tooth is not smooth and effortless, The AC has limited vents you would think you are in a VW. My wife wanted the Lincoln, I think the expedition has much better get up and go. It is like a new computer game every time you need to look for or set something, nothing is easy. It has sounds where that is the last think you want to hear every time you get in the car. However an audible notification of a vehicle in your blind spot would be nice. There is just no where near the luxury for the price.

! rear entertainment system is not good. picture is not clear and does not play CD`s, only memory sticks. I have not tried a Roku. 2. Engines sounds like chains are loose when starting 3 Engines sounds like lifters are tapping when running 4 Dealership in Frederick lost its Lincoln Franchise, so when it comes to service, they won't pick up and deliver because I live more than 20 miles away. 5 recall was terrible, took them 3 months to get a fix, that I don't thing worked. 6 my wife is short and she is uncomfortable driving because the head rest won't go back far enough. 7 trans seems to slip but 8 android auto won't answer incoming calls, it did when I first had the car 9 Their call in service is a joke, I explained to them my problems and nothing happened. 10 it is big and roomy It is my first and last ford product. $98k of not happy, going to look at a bmw x7
