Reliable and comfy with a few bugs
I bought the 2013 MKX FWD in 2017 with 31,000 miles on it. Yes, there are a few electrical bugs with the tailgate, sensors, and key not detected (fixed by putting in new battery). It was under warranty still so I was able to get those things fixed. Gas mileage is decent: 22mpg average. I'm not interested in speed, power, etc. This gets me where I need to go, is comfortable on road trips and driving in town. I love the size: just right for three kids, two dogs, and me. I hauled a love seat in the back once! Pros: comfortable ride, technology is fairly simple, heated and A/C seats are a must! Cons: for me the biggest con has been the lackluster performance in snow, even with brand new tires. Other than that, my MKX hasn't been overly problematic regarding electronics. It will be paid off next month and with 87,000 miles, I am hopeful to get another 2-3 years out of it before trading in for a newer vehicle. Maybe another MKX but I'll probably go hybrid or electric next.

Never Lease From Lincoln
It's a bad idea to lease anything from Lincoln. Did you know that at the end of your lincoln lease, if you want to trade in your lincoln to anyone else but Lincoln, they will not release the car to anyone but you (the lessee) or a Lincoln dealer. I found this out the hard way today when i went to trade my leased Lincoln in for a cadilac. The cadilac dealership was giving me a good price that would have covered the payoff and the last 3 payments on my lease, but they would not allow cadillac to buy the car. being over my mileage, I could have avoided the mileage fees, excess wear and the last 3 payments. Now i have to use half my down payment i set asside just to get out of my lease.
happy camper
This car was so well kept up that most that have seen it think it is new, the nicest used car I have ever seen.
