Great midsize SUV - especially if you've decided you can't really use a 3rd seat that might be too small anyway. Very comfortable, great resale, looks great, and the only one we found with the power tailgate (for those who might not have the reach or strength for closing it sometimes). Easy to get in and out of.

No Satellite Radio?

Love the new European styling on the new RX330... great head-turner! Can't wait to tryout HomeLink with a new bluetooth cellphone. Navigation system and Lexus sound system is adequate but not wonderful. The automatic rear passenger door is great. Mileage is exactly what was promised. Only complaint is that satellite radio should have been an option as on the larger Lexus SUVs.

Enjoying it Even More than anticipated

Really comfy car; nice all-around; nice mixture of everything. Just noticing the hesitation everyone is talking about but doesn't seem like a HUGE deal to me. I have the black and chromed the 18s and it looks a lot more sporty--not so "grocery getter" like. Front seat a little short? Wish the base stereo was a little nicer (ML didn't sound much better when I listened--at least not for the money). A sub would be nice. Some body roll in turns, but nothing that's bothersome. I came from a Sport Trac, so that might have to do with it. The headlights do seem to cut off, but they are nice. AFS seems cool--but not sure if it's really ground-breaking in usefulness. Like it more than anticipated.

The RX330 has a quiet, comfortable ride. All the basic functions are at your fingertips. The navigation system is superb and an absolute must. The sound system (standard with navigation) is very enjoyable. There are many neat little features which add to the enjoyment of driving this vehicle.

Bad HID

I find the HID's very bad in hilly driving. I constantly have to put on the high beams to illuminate the road properly. They are nice and bright but set too low. I find no fault with the transmission. In town mileage is poor... avg 16- 17/mpg. Highway is about 22mpg. Dealer service is excellent, build quality excellent. Had a chance to use the AWD this past weekend in snow and ice... very good!
