Problems with Warranties
Has anyone had problems with noises in the front end? We are wating for a Arbitration Department to contact us as we cannot find out where the noise is coming from. According to the dealer, Kia is trying to find the source, but at this time there is not a fix. If they cannot find a fix, how do we know it is not a safety hazzard. The dealer stated it is not a hazzard. The dealer gave up looking for it, but they know the noise is there. We were suppose to be contacted today, but so far, no calls or letters. Is this warranty any good. I guess time will tell. We have other rattles, but the dealer said to wait on them to find the main noise.
Kia Sedona is worth looking at
This is a great family van. We just recently purchased this van and we could not be happier. Luxury interior and lots of special features have surprised everyone we have shown this van to. Dont' shy away from this van because of the reasonable price. It is just a great van at a great price. We now own 2 Kia's (the other is a Sportage) and we're very happy.

Happy with the van but...
Has anyone had a stress crack on the windshield? We are testing this warranty, and so far, the dealer says it's a rock, which didn't leave a mark, and hit in just the right spot. We will see if the dealer replaces the windshield. Thus far, the van has been great. The after market DVD has worked well, but has some noise.
I love my van
I am a 31 yr old guy with no kids. I just wanted a vehicle to carry loads of people if I wanted or if I wanted to be able to carry something big. I was choosing between the van and an SUV. I am happy with my choice, I only wish that it had the leather seats. My mom and stepdad have a chrysler town & country and I like the way this drives and rides better, they were even impressed about how well it rode, even in the 3rd row seats. I am impressed how quiet the engine is, even when cruising along at 75mph.
Do Not Buy a Kia
This van has been a complete piece of junk from day one. Gas mileage is horrible. Transmission went at 15,000 miles. Front Brakes need to be replaced every 12,000 to 15,000 miles. A/C system has been completely replaced and still does not cool well and is extremely noisy. The following also have been replaced: Alternator, Front Hub Bearings (twice), front struts, front stabilizer links, rear heater lines, accelerator cable and battery. Do not buy this van unless you like visiting the service department very often. Worst automobile purchase I have ever made. A PIECE OF JUNK!!!
