Used 1992 Jeep Wrangler Consumer Reviews
Battling the SUV crash image
When I bought it, it had 89,000 miles on it, and I've put 60,000 miles on this vehicle since then, and the reliability is excellent. I've replaced the carb with an Autolite carb, and lifted it, but otherwise it's factory stock. I have no problems with the supposed problems with SUV rollover. It corners great.
Bulletproof construction, fun to drive
I haven't had this for long. It's very simple. No power steering, ABS, AC, or anything extra except the aftermarket pioneer radio. Off roads nice and has great ground clearance even with stock sized tires and no lift. Always starts up and is ready to go.

It's a JEEP thing, u wouldn't understand
I bought my Jeep new in '92 and 12 years and 98k miles later, it's still going strong. It's fun to drive on dry roads, dirt, or 2 feet of snow. Just don't expect any creature comforts in these older Jeeps - they're sparse inside. But even with a ragtop, the heater works great.

mud monster
My jeep was the best suv i think i will ever own. I used it for off-roading and i drove it throw a mud up to the middle of the windshield and it powered right throw. It was crazy off-raod. I had Mud Kings 235/75/15 that is only 2 sizes bigger then stock. There was no lift in it. I had to replace the tranny once but i was rough on the jeep when i was off-road. Other then that it just needed basic maintance. I am sad to say that i totaled my jeep.
