Our grand Cherokee has very little road noise and with the 3.6 V6 it has plenty of get up and go.

On my third Grand Cherokee having driven a total of approx 375000 km during that time. Only general maintenance. Have not had any issues whatsoever. First 2 GC had the Hemi. Currently have the v6. More than enough power.

Chrysler's System Failed

My 2020 Jeep Gran Cherokee with 30,000 miles broke down in the middle of the highway while I was passing a semi truck. Luckily, was traveling with my wife in a second car and was able to pull my car off the highway to the side of the road. Called Chrysler Road Side Assistance to get my Jeep towed. After multiple calls, waited for 4 hours to be told that I would have to get my own tow service since they weren't able to find anyone. Found a tow service but had to wait another 3 hours for them to arrive. Spent the night in Flagstaff so we could go to the dealership first thing the next morning. Boy were we disappointed when we were told that it would take 2 weeks before they would even be able to look at the vehicle to determine what the problem was. Was told by the service rep. that it was probably the battery - NOT. Before it was towed, I had tried to turn over the engine many times. The battery was dead due to leaving the flashers on all night after being towed. After 2 weeks, the repair tech took over 1 day to diagnose the problem. Apparently a fuse was blown that took out BOTH the primary and auxiliary fuel pumps. Took another 4 days to get a fuel pump delivered before they could work on fixing the car. After 19 days, I was told that my car was ready. Was on the road for the 5 1/2 hour drive to pick up my Jeep when I received a call saying that while test driving the vehicle, they noticed that the rear tires had a 'flat' spot which caused a bumpy ride due to being pulled off the road. The car was 'locked' in park when I tried to restart it - wasn't able to put it in Neutral to pull it off the road - really! I'd like to meet the genius that put this design in place! I told the service rep to replace the tires since I had a 5 1/2 hour drive back...was informed by the service tech that the tires for my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee would have to be ordered and would take another 2 days to get. And she started to quote me a price for the tiers. I told them to forget putting the tires on my vehicle and I went to another tire dealer who had the tires in stock (and, BTW, were less expensive). I find it incredible that they would NOT stock a fuel pump or tires for one of highest selling model Jeeps. I find it incredible that the engineer that designed the vehicle would put BOTH fuel pumps on one fuse circuit; and would not allow you to take the vehicle out of Park to be towed. I find it incredible that a fuse blowing would take out both fuel pumps...after all, what are fuses for? I find it incredible that it would take over one day of a service technician to diagnose that the problem was a fuel pump. Have never been so disappointed with a vehicle; from engineering, to customer service, to repair techs, to parts availability, to road side service. And of course, their lapse of repair techs and parts became my problem...instead of standing up and making it right for the customer. I had to pay for 2 nights of hotel rooms, meals and gas to make the trip home and back; and was never offered reimbursement of any kind. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER JEEP or ANY OTHER CHRYSLER PRODUCT since their service on every level failed! Oh, and don't even bother to try to get ahold of Chrysler corporate management - they hide in a bunker.

This car has the Eye candy affect, From the color to the tech and the performance. When you decide to go with the Hemi or the V6. This truck performs flawlessly. If your looking for a Grand Cherokee what has may options like heated and Ventilated seats,Heated steering wheel with Air Suspension. You can't go wrong.

Got a Lemon

I really wish I could give this vehicle a great review but unfortunately after having it in the shop 6 times and still the same issue, I am left with a 60 thousand dollar lemon. Something in the back suspension area makes a rattle/loose wobble sound when I’m going over a small crack on the road or speed bumps. Very frustrating for a brand new Jeep to be making this sound and very frustrating that between 2 shops that they are not able to figure out what it is. Parts have been replaced, I’ve been told it’s the spare tire........ one guy was super confident on what it was and after I got it back it still wasn’t fixed, so now I’m just stuck with it. Truly disappointing. I’ve always had Toyota’s and Hyundai’s, never an issue at all. Now I get a Jeep and no one can do anything for me. Disappointing to say the least.
