Rattle snake
The vehicle has a cheap craftsmanship when comes to panels and other plastic parts. The folding panels behind the back seat have steel springs to hold the panels in place, but plastic and steel don’t make a good match, the springs are stronger and come loose from the panels, the gate plastic covers rattle when driving, poor craftsmanship.

A Refined Luxury Ride
This is my third Grand Cherokee, having moved up to the Summit from earlier Limited models. It is a sharp looking vehicle (in bright white with chrome trim), and quite well equipped. The optional high-end leather seating is sumptuous, the V6 engine has 1/3 more power than my previous V8 and gets much better gas mileage - and with its larger tank, driving range is upwards of 600 miles. The height-adjustable air suspension, and upgraded Harmon Kardon sound system, are both must-haves. I bought this as a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle and am confident I will remain very satisfied with it.

Best car buying experience ever.
This is the best car I have bought so far.
First time Jeep buyer.
This vehicle has everything that I wanted. The interior is beautiful with soft and comfortable leather. All the technology in the car is great and not too over-the-top.

Great vehicle
I love this vehicle. I've had pretty much no issues. I had a rattle, just loose seat bolt. Seat belt retraction sucks, even after replacing the whole unit! Transmission is seamless. Engine runs great. 42k and going strong. Very roomy and quiet.
Great Vehicle
Best purchase in a long time..
Great drivability
Love my Summit. Looks and performs great
