Used 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee Consumer Reviews
Do not like the vehicle
Quadratrack drive performs poorly in snow. It is really not a 4X4 but a 4X2
i got a lemon
my transmission makes a clicking noise when i put it in gear,it didn't come with the right floor mats, the engine knocks on cold start ups, trim coming off around the windshield, navigations system is messed up,missing screws that hold the tail light on(the dealer did put a old rusty screw in for me)rear window defogger broken, engine runs ruff at times and stalls when cold...all this and i have less than 4000 miles

2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited
I'm still under warrantee...the only problem I had so far is that all of a sudden it started to run rough. I took it back three times and they finally found the problem after telling me that that's how it should run. They changed one side of the injectors....it's been a about 8 months and it's starting to run rough again so I will need to take it back. I also noticed that that the sliding door for the moon roof is tearing at the edges...don't think it should be doing that since I hardly use it. I think something is missing..need to have them look into that too.
jeep ok
my third GRC far suprior to all others. 2300 miles so far & no problems of any kind. note i am very critical & would consider a 1/16" difference in body pannel fitment a problem to be fixed
Man I love it!
This is my second Grand Jeep Cherokee Limited to the '93 (same model) I had. The old one ran fine, but getting everything repaired at the dealer just got too expensive for such an old car. I had a little less than 150K on it so I'm expecting to get similar mileage before I get another new car on this 04 GJC. My new car is simply joyful to drive and to own! It has power, comfort, and style. I just love driving this car, even though I don't go off road. So far no problem except for groaning when shifting from R to D. My old 93 did this too. I'm not sure if it's normal.
