Used 2018 Jaguar E-PACE P250 First Edition 4dr SUV AWD (2.0L 4cyl Turbo 9A) Consumer Reviews
2018 Jaguar E pace
Bought this car because the Volvo XC40 I wanted to order was so far out on production. I thought this would be a good alternative despite being almost $10,000 more. However, the tech is extremely lacking, the interior is simple but my Chevy Cruze rs is just as nice. So no big points there. Also, the car has less then 2,000mi and been in the shop twice with transmission issues kicking it out of gear while driving down the road and not allowing you to select a gear, Essentially leaving you straded. Oh, and when I was asked to review from Jaguar they took down my review. So be quite weary if you decide to purchase this car.

BEWARE
Won law suit against Jaguar & got rid of it. Worst car I ever owned (Owned 7 luxury previous to this). I was “sold” on “not mass produced & attention to detail”. I’ve now owned it 25 months & only have 25k miles on it (I typically do 35k+ yr however it’s either not driveable or I’m in a loaner). This thing has been in the shop over 20 times. It still doesn’t start after being in the shop numerous times for this issue. It has had many many issues (including needing new control arm & bushing at less than100 miles). All I get from dealer are excuses for the car failures. They no longer offer the valet service I was also sold on so it’s 2 hours round trip for me (4 hours total for each time in service) 😡. Self employed & it’s my reputation when I’m constantly late for appts due to car failures. Pre Covid I had top Corp execs in this car & it was embarrassing. Drove to FL & had to have it fixed before I could drive back home. 😡 Stay away... far far away from Jag & sister company as they do not stand behind their product. I would have rated Zero stars but that’s not an option

Sporty Little Jag
I always wanted a sharp, sporty mid-sized luxury SUV. After months of research, reading reviews and looking thru automobile magazines I test drove the brand-new Jaguar E-Pace, First Edition. This was in 2018 and after almost 60 thousand miles I can tell you that Jaguar hit a home run when they designed and built this SUV. The E-Pace has plenty of power, a beautiful, well-designed interior and rides like a dream. My wife loves this vehicle so much she drives it to work, and I am stuck with her Lexus. Is this a flawless vehicle? No. We have had multiple mechanical problems with the E-Pace. Within the first 3 months we had the turbo and the transmission replaced. A software update had to be completed. However, each time we had to take the E-Pace in for repair, the service center took good care of us. We were given a loaner vehicle and once the service department even delivered our E-Pace too our home. Was I thrilled we had so many issues at the beginning of our purchase? Absolutely not. However, now that all the issues are years behind us, I can't wait to jump in the driver's seat and start another long, worry-free road trip.
