I bought a CPO Infiniti...mistake.

I bought a 2015 COP QX60 with around 25k miles. Around 37k the fan went out. At 1st Infiniti said it wasn't covered. I went round & round with their consumer service and they finally agreed to cover it. Now around 75k the CVT transmission is having issues. As I did some research it turns out that Nissan/Infinity settled a class action law suite due to ongoing issues with their CVT transmission. It appears this is a major known issue with these. I bought a COP Infiniti because I was tired of dealing with mechanical issues and premature failures on vehicles. I thought buying a CPO "higher line" vehicle would be worth the extra money. Guess again. Never buying a Nissan or Infiniti product again.

Great vehicle beautifully made and drives and rides awesome. Price was very fair and condition of the vehicle was as advertised.

I bought this car about 2 years ago. Within 3 days of me owning it, the transmission needed to be replaced. EXACTLY one year and one month later, the transmission needs to be replaced AGAIN! The dealership has refused to replace it, even though Infiniti themselves sent me a letter stating that I had an extended warranty on CVT. They backtracked on that real quick and refuse to replace it and say my warranty is "voided". I really want to drive this dang car into a lake and not look back. It's been nothing, but problems since the day I got it. PLEASE do yourself a favor and do NOT get an Infiniti.

Just purchased my first Infiniti and I love the QX60! Comfortable ride and a beautiful vehicle. I have found the gas mileage is under what I expected, but will deal with it. Great warranty and expect to enjoy this vehicle for a long time!

Great luxury family hauler. A little sluggish even in sport mode but acceptable. We opted for all options which included the theater package which has a sound system that rivals my home media room surround sound. Not as smooth as expected on highway. nice ride but some road feel still present. Ac cooling fan noisy on outside, can not be heard inside. Mileage is about 24 highway on our v6. Very comfortable seating. 3rd row seat comfortable no complaints on 1100 trip. Passive cruise is nice but can also irritate. Overall this vehicle exceeds my expectations.
