This car would have 5/5... but the rattling... I am having to take a brand new car in for a metallic rattle happening behind the driver seat, and a door panel behind the driver side that is rattling too. I’m not sure why these cars rattle so much, and it was frustrating, because during the smooth test drive, you never hear it, but when you take it off the lot, and drive on roads that aren’t as “nice” you hear EVERYTHING you missed... the features are wonderful and I love almost everything about it. It is a major upgrade from that 2019-2020 body style... and I do like that it became more of a luxury style body... just the rattles... I am praying they can fix it, because for +$31,000 (after fees/taxes) it shouldn’t make a sound!

I bought the highest trim. 1- the trunk wasn't closing properly 2- The door panels squeeks and makes sounds at the slightest vibration. Badly assembled 3- engine is way too underpowered and loud 4 lane keep assist swerves like crazy you look like a drunk driver. 5- One of the door seals is bad. A lot of wind noise on the highway. 6- remote start distance is very short 7 sun visors don't stay in place Overall I regret buying this car

Purchased the 2021 Elantra SLE one year ago. have 17,000 miles now. Smooth ride, fun to drive and averaging 40 miles a gallon. Plenty of room inside for 4 adults. Great safety features. Free oil changes for 36,000 miles are great.

Exactly what I was looking for. Smart because of price point, warranty, finance options and sexy because it is a very nice looking car!!

Bought a Brand New Elantra 2021 Essential, died within the month. Car dies during start up and has been sitting in the dealership for 3 months. Terrible service from the dealer and from Hyundai. Would avoid the car, comes with terrible service from dealerships and a terrible manufacturer in Hyundai.
