Honda Pilot Touring, one year later
Bought it new. Lots of space and rides like a dream. UPDATE: This is a great SUV. My wife still loves it; she can sit high and not feel intimidated by all the pickup trucks. We are getting 27 mpg on the highway.....we still love it.

Gas mileage not even close advertised !
I am very disappointed in the gas mileage. I driver very conservatively and I cannot get better than 17.1 L/ 100km (14 mpg) in normal mode.

Very Frustrating Tech
First a minor detail. They decided to add this piano black gloss plastic around the air bag. I live in the south where it is hot and sunny. When the sun hits that high gloss, if feels like there's a cell phone flash light hitting your eyes. Not necessary. Now the big issue. The only way for me to receive text messages if for my infotainment system to match my phone. My text app has to be displayed for me to see incoming messages. I tried it with both android and apple. So in other words, if I'm on FM/AM, Spotify, google maps, XM, etc. I would not see a text come in. I even paid extra to have on board navigation system. So if I decided to drive from Florida to New York and use the navigation system, I would not be aware of a single text message coming in the entire journey. So if my wife, son or mother decide to text me. And I don't respond, they'd think I'm busy. I'm not busy. I'm just driving a car that is "forcing" me to be on android auto if I want to be aware of text. And what's Honda's response? Too bad. That's the way it's designed.
