Used 2009 Honda Fit Consumer Reviews
Love my new Fit!
This is the first Honda I have purchased, but it will certainly not be the last. As such a reasonably priced vehicle, I am astonished by the finish quality and roominess of a "compact" auto such as this. 5 adults fit comfortably and there is plenty of space with the seats down. Best yet, it is fun to drive!
Electrical Problems
It is just one week and 93 miles, before the hand brake / ABS indicator start turn on. And then on the way to service station, 5 minutes later, the transmission indicator start blinking. I never found such any problems on all my previous car, especially it is just 93 miles.

Well pleased
I did lots of research and it is a good car just like the experts say. I am 5'1" and the size fits me great. My husband is 6' and he has to put the seat all the way back to be comfortable but we go on 400 mile trips and he is fine. I get 39 mpg rural miles and about 36 in the city (Atlanta). I love it and even though the price is a little higher for the class you do get what you pay for and I have the sport and no other car in the category has the bang for the buck. My advice is to buy it if you want a car in the small, economy class.
Follow up review
Now that I've had my Fit for a while, I have one follow-up note for you all. I still love my Fit -- it's fun to drive, fuel efficient, safe and reliable, and it looks cool. But there is one issue that you need to know about. The front end is very low, and you may end up scratching it on driveways. I already have twice. The scratches are not noticeable since they are underneath the front end, but if you are fastidious about your vehicle's condition, it may bother you. You have to almost stop at speed bumps and steep driveways to avoid scraping paint off the bottom of the front bumper. If it were an inch higher, this wouldn't be an issue. Nevertheless, I still recommend the new Fit.
(F)it'll Put a Smile on Your Face
You'll be smiling too - you don't even need to be an engineer to appreciate all the talented design and manufacturing expertise that went into this car. In 40 years my wife and I have purchased new - one BMW, one Porsche, one Audi, one Subaru, one Toyota, 3 Hondas and 2 Acuras (Hondas w. more buttons). The 5 Honda products were retained an average of 8 years each, the 3 Germans only 3 years each. In my book, Hondas have the best balance of fun to drive, comfort, long term reliability and low total ownership cost. That makes me smile.
