As a retirement purchase this likely will be our last new car purchase. We researched and test drove 6 different SUVs before settling on this one. Easy to get in and out of, understandable modern technology, comfortable seats and ride, great visibility, and lots of standard "options" included in the package. Honda got this one right.

My 2016 Honda CR-V EX-L AWD vehicle is in great condition! Basque Red Pearl is beautiful, and it changes with the lighting. Black leather interior is in great shape! I am so pleased that Edmunds placed this low-mileage newer used vehicle at the top of their website for me to find, and the dealer gave me a great price!

Incredibly roomy inside for a 6-foot-plus person. Excellent MPG (I'm averaging over 30 mpg over 50K miles). Hugs the road, handles brilliantly. Rides a little stiff but a non-issue most of the time. Style-wise, I think it looks better than the newer model. The 2.4 liter engine is bulletproof (my Honda Element has 315K trouble-free miles). Interior fabric is easy to clean. One drawback is the back seats don't fold completely flat. All in all, an excellent value!

Wish Honda would allow purchase of options independent of model type. This is the only very annoying factor.
