Did someone pay someone to report bad vibrations?

I bought, but did not take possession of a CRV while waiting for biz. issues to settle. I read many reports of road or car vibrations, I test drove "Mine" again and found very smooth drive in all situations. My current trade in is a 2013 Beemer, past cars have been Porsche 911 s and Audi's and other fine cars. I have not been used to a rough ride. This Honda is my first Honda and while I do not "own" it yet, I feel the need to ask, Did someone pay someone to bad vibe this car? Or am I just lucky?.... I have felt the slightest vibration when at a stop light, kind of like you can feel that the engine is running vs not running. So, if as a driver I am not supposed to know the engine is running without looking at the RPM gauge, then ok sometimes I am aware the engine is running . Often the car is so smooth that I need to see the RPM gauge to see if I have already turned off the engine when parking. So I consider this to be an extremely smooth car. AWD and I still get over 30 MPG on the highway. So, I stand by my first opinion, a great car, for a 4 cyl., Stereo sucks, but great in snow. Now a yr. later I still like the car. The only limitation is it's an AWD and the Nerf bars sold in aftermarket wont fit easily because of the "skin" under the car hides the chassi and the ORW 4x4 shop wont even work on Hondas. So, I could go to dealer and get the nerf bar or the factory step rail that Honda makes, but the price is more than twice. I have the original tires on the car still and still have not worn to the wear mark to require changing the tires. For me that is a new thing, the car is a very well designed car. The wobble when stopped is still present and does bother me, but hey, it has not caused any trouble. I do notice the transmission is a bit weak in reverse when cold, but I have a steep driveway. The stereo sucks, but I did not get that up grade.

I have not experienced the vibration issue that others have mentioned after owning this car for 2 months. I looked at the all of competitors in this class, but Honda was the best overall value. I preferred the CRV interior over the others...the others seemed cheap (imo). I do mixed driving, but mostly highway, and I'm getting 32 mpg currently. I couldn't be happier. The only thing I would change are the EX wheels (not the most attractive). Other than that, this is a great car!

We have about 3100 miles on our new 2015 crv in pearl white. Getting about 27.5 MPG in city. Its so comfy and I love that heated seats are in the ex model and the back air vents are a real plus! we researched for a very long time and I wouldn't have any other suv in this class. WE have noticed the vibration, but it's only noticeable if there is nothing or little turned on (lights, a/c, heater etc…)

I love my new CRV. Roomy, comfortable and averaging 35.6 mpg on hey and 30 mpg in town. The vibration is noticeable but hey, it's a lower idle on a CVT for efficiency of the gas. I've own a 09 Toyota Corolla and a 2014 Nissan Sentra that both had CvT vibrations and shutters and stops. The options available in the EX is great, you can't beat the heated seats, sunroof, back up camera, lane watch. This car has enough power to pass and you will notice a smooth take off. I love this SUV and am planning some fun summer road trips! Update! 2/16/17 CRV was a total loss in April of 2016. I a rear ended at a stop light. The damage to the car was unbelievable. The entire frame of the car was bended, the rear and the frame beneath where the tire is stored was pushed into the rear seat. I had minimum injuries but the thought of a vehicle being made from thin metal that appeared to be aluminum freaked me out. Prior to my accident I had a complaint against Honda due to the vibration that worsen so bad at stops until it made me nauseated. It had been in the repair shop for updates and fixes x 5 within 4 months but nonthing seemed to help. The engine started stalling after the vibration when I preceded to take off.
