This is the first time in 27 years that I'm driving anything but a van. My son picked this out for me and he made a great choice.

This update was done on October 18, 2017 Soon after I purchased the Cr-V I had a terrible vibration in the transmission area which radiated throughout the vehicle. It took over two years and many complaints to have it "corrected". Both Honda and the dealer had a myriad of excuses. Here are the two best. 1. "It is inherent in the vehicle design" 2. "It is just Harmonic Distortion". It feels like the vibration may be returning. The dealer made the repair but I was told that Honda never issued a Technical Service Bulletin to owners, there should have been a recall. The vibration affected the engine to the point where it stalled several times while I was pulling away from red lights. Like most SUV class vehicles, it is neither sporty or utilitarian. It's OK for carrying groceries but if you want to tote anything larger than a bread box or a piece of lumber more than 6' long, forget it. You would be better off spending 30 grand a small passenger/ cargo van from Mercedes Benz. I don't like the all touch screen radio it are distracting and hard to use. The audio quality is just OK. The USB ports are located in the console, they work fine but the location is a pain, if you use the console for storage.I do like the rear facing passenger side camera. It illuminates the info screen when the right turn signal is engaged. Can't figure why they omitted the driver side. This is the first Honda I have owned. It's a plain middle of the road vehicle. Nothing special and I was surprised at Honda's attitude toward a problem that was very common in the 2015 models. I will see how it holds up, but will be shopping next Spring.

Stress, Depression & Sickness Due to Vibration.

I have a very wonderful family with a typical normal life, and I bought this Honda CRV 2015 a month ago for my family to enjoy their everyday rides. But this car was a nightmare for all of us. It has a multiple Vibration modes such as, Acceleration at 30-40 Mph, 50 to 60 Mph and the worse is, when we stop and in Drive shift gear, its feel like the whole car is vibrating. Every time I get out of this car my hands feels like I use a "Jack Hammer" after a while. This is very unsafe to drive co'z I am always getting out of focus on my driving, and it is very annoying and mentally stressful while driving it. This is frustrating, it's caused Our Money, Our Safety and Our Health. I am not sure how long can I keep this car, but for sure, I will not recommend this Brand anymore to all my friends and to all people I know.

Vibration at idle

Drove both 2014 and 2015 cr-vs. Bought the 15 since it seemed much quieter and smoother than the 14. What a mistake. This thing shakes like crazy when in drive while braking at a stop. At times the rpms jump from 2000 to 1500 for no reason when just cruising at normal speeds. I still own a much maligned Jeep Compass with 118000 miles and a CVT with no such problems-still runs as smooth as ever. Was going to trade it for the Honda but glad I kept it! Honda better do something soon. I only put 700 miles on it since new in November--I may end up trading it for my first choice a Nissan Rogue or a used Lexus R350! Honda admitted the problem & came up with a "fix" - install new headsets (why.) a weight in the lift door & a computer reboot that created lower gas mileage - had to sign a paper alluding to that fact. Result was worse than before. Traded this lemon in after 18 months for a so-far trouble-free 2017 Subaru Outback.

Just picked up new 2015 Honda CRV EX-L few days and quickly figured out the problem that most people mention about the vibration during idle. When put on the brake at the stop sign or traffic light, driver can feel the vibration on the chair, steering wheel, some time the vibration is strong like having a massage on the back.
