Nine Months So Far So Good
I bought my CRV 9 months ago and so far I love it. My friend bought a 2010 Kia Sorento the same time I did and they've already are having problems like oil leaks and electrical failures. I would have loved the 6-cylinder upgrade option but the 4-cylinder is sufficient and the car is GREAT on gas. This is the first Honda I've ever owned and I'm not disappointed, yet.
The tree Won!
Our 2010 served us well for 8 years. Our tree fell on it. Prior to that, the AC unit failed twice - it was out of warranty (of course). The check engine light was coming indicating that one of the oxygen sensors was failing or worst the catalytic converter was failing - the tree took care of that. Started losing gas mileage. Replacing the exhaust system was around $1600 (I'm a DIY) - its way cheaper than a buying a new one! The back seats are very comfortable for long trips. It had 186,000 miles and going strong! We noticed that it has several recalls (Airbags, transmission computer upgrade, et.). Overall - we loved this car.

I love it!
If you are looking for a new small SUV, this is the one for you! I absolutely love it! I have debated for about 2 years on what to buy and I just kept going back to how cute this little CR-V is. I've had it for a little over a week and it is so nice. It handles like a car, has a nice interior. The MPG is very good, about 26 HWY and I just think it's the cutest thing on the road. I personally do not think it has a lot of road noise. I used to have an Acura TLS and thought I would be longing for more power in the CR-V, but I was wrong. It has a good bit of power. I would highly recommend to anyone. All in all, I love it. I think it's wonderful.
Disappointed
I had a 2007 CR-V and just loved it but I put a lot of miles on my vehicle so decided to trade it in for a new one-- so so disappointing. I have had Hondas for the last 20 years but this will be my last one and can't wait to get rid of it. Terrible quality and gas mileage is so terrible compared to mine 3 years --only getting around 23 combined hwy/city where my old one would get me about 27. Supposed to be same vehicle.
Honda Hits Another Home Run
Best value for the money. The quality of the Honda CR-V is far superior to that of Toyota's RAV4. It's very comfortable to drive, has an excellent navigation system, solid performance, and RELIABLE! Having looked at many other CR-Vs, Honda provides the best value for the money. It is very roomy, with back seats that easily fold up like an accordion for more room. The dashboard has a smart layout, with controls on the driving wheel, plenty of leg room, well designed and fun to drive. Great visibility and handling on the road - a very well built car.
