99 LX 2WD "Froger"
LOVE this car. 99 Clover Green 2WD auto. Driven her for 6 years after trading in my new off the lot '01 Dodge Dakota. Just put on another set of tires. Went up to 225/65/16's. Fun car to drive. Small, nimble, and green. Reminds me of the Frogger game in traffic. Not too fast up hills but she wasn't built for that. 26 plus on highway trips, 20 plus round town. Just pasted smog again with flying colors.
Honda Truth
The painful experience with my Honda was the lease, not the vehicle. It's a nice looking vehicle, can be fun to drive. Has been fairly Reliable which I expected.

My CR-V
Owned this reliable car for 4 years now. It has not given me any problems except for slight squeaky brakes. It runs like all of Honda's other cars. If you like Honda then you'll like this car.
Good little Honda
I love everything about my Honda-CRV with the exception of two minor things. I did not like when my antenna broke off, but it was probably broken off by someone. Not Honda's fault. I also grew less in love with the manual transmission by the day. Seven years later, I'll admit it, I'm lazy and I've shifted enough. No more sticks in my life. Of course, this isn't Honda's problem. This car is a GREAT winter car. Even in 10 inch snowfalls, I couldn't get stuck.
CRV review
I bought this CR-V with 26K miles and am now at 190K and have not had to do much other than oil changes, occasional brakes, tires, etc. It still runs very good. My only annoyances are that the door locks work intermittently using the remote, so I have to use the key. Also, lumbar support is almost non-existent causing fatigue on longer trips.
