Instant Problems
These are the facts, there is no dispute. On December 5th, 2025 I purchased an Accord SE. Love the looks, but now the "fun". On December 10th, I started to hear a high pitched sound coming into the car. Only way not to hear was to turn radio to at least volume 12. Took car to dealer on the 20th, gave me a loaner Civic Sport, then called me on the 27th to tell me I had a blown torque converter at 290 miles. They ordered the parts, but I couldn't accept a transmission needing to be pulled in order to install new part. The dealer was excellent, and we struck a deal to get another car. I was going to go with a Civic Sport, but figured this was just a 1 time thing because of known Honda quality. They had in stock an Accord LX, so I went for it. Test drove perfect, I was good to go. That day of pick-up was December 30th. Now I'm writing this review on January 3rd, 2025, 1 week later. Yes, you guessed correctly; the same problem only worse has developed on this car also. Picture someone sitting in your passenger seat and they are high pitched whistling in your ear. I'm so disappointed because I really like everything about the car, but because I travel a descent amount, the thought of driving on the freeway at 70mph and having transmission problems is not comforting. Thanks for reading.................
Overjoyed!!!!
Love love love everything about this car
Solid
Car rides smooth and quiet.Very comfortable. Adaptive cruise control, bluetooth, backup camera on 7" display screen all work great. Although some features I miss are not present such as tire pressure and compass. Only one 12V outlet, USB ports are only USB-c type. Overall I would recommend this vehicle at this point.
nice car
The 2025 Honda Accord SE is a great car. It looks great. It handles well. The new features and appointments are well done. I traded in a 2008 Accord, so this one has a lot of new features. Some of the features are unnecessary for me. I do not like the engine idle when stopped at a red light (since disabled). Some of the "helpful" features are distracting -- I also disabled the feature that shows me on the dash that I am looking at a stop sign...The passenger seat sits much too low. I am 5'5" --when I sit in the passenger seat, my knees sit higher than my hips. This will pose challenges for many elderly people and anyone with hip issues. It would be great if the car included an auxiliary port.
