Love It!
Working with Edmunds helped us find my perfect car and their prices were spot on. Edmunds saved me a lot of research! I still love this car - have had a Honda since 1999 and feel that this 2016 Accord is the best yet! 2018 - My Honda never disappoints and is a pleasure to drive. Still think it is the best ever!

Accord V6 is a great ride!
Test drove Toyota Camry, Accord Sport, Mazada 6 (Standard) was very compelling, and this was the best drive. I like the seats on my old VW Passat a little better, but so fart that is the only little disagreement. I like that it takes regular unleaded, the oil filter is an actual filter, and it is not too hard to get at.

A good, decent car!
This is my second Honda Accord. First one was a 2001. Very pleased with that car. I got this one because I wanted Apple CarPlay (love it), V6 and leather. Overall I like the car, it's an accord, pretty standard vehicle, you can't go wrong. Three dis-appointments: 1) The leather is a cheap leather, not like I had in the 2001. Feels like plastic. 2) There is no change box (strange I thought all cars had a place for change), 3) There is not quick way to mute the stereo, you have to press two buttons. Pain to do when your driving. Other than those things it's a great car.

How i feel
This car will definitely tempt you to add accessories. I would recommend doing research regarding the cost of service for any vehicle purchased as well as reviewing the reviews of the service department.

2016 Honda Accord
Love the car and everything about it. I just don't like the color I bought which is my mistake. I'm a white car guy.

The best Honda yet
This car rides beautifully, securely, confidently whether it's on dry or wet roads. I absolutely love this car. If you want a car that looks great, super reliable, with a great ride, attention to quality and high resale value, Honda is the best. Forget cheap Nissans and boring Toyotas. No one beats Honda. Hondas last longer and it's a better buy than Mercedes, BMWs, Audis and Lexus.

What a pile of junk!
Coming from a Ford fusion sport that was 5 years old, this thing is a HUGE disappointment. Very poor design and functionality. I can't adjust the seats to what I need to support my long legs. The stereo doesn't stay on after the engine is turned off, every other car in the world does this. Stereo is the worst sounding I've heard in a new car since my 1997 pontiac grand prix. Infotainment system is clunky and hard to use, not intuitive in the least. No rubber trays in the bottom of the cup holders and interior storage trays, things rattle and slide and it's way more difficult to clean. The rear seats don't go down after you pull the releases, you have to open the rear doors and pull down on the seat backs. The camera on the passenger side makes no sense when your biggest blind spot is on the left. The drivability of this car is the worst of any vehicle I have ever owned including a 31 year old truck truck with warped brake rotors that stops smoother. The transmission is AWFUL, I have never experienced a normal automatic transmission that behaves like this one does. Sport mode seems to make it behave worse if that is possible. From a stoplight I sped up to 45-50 mph then let off the gas, the car stopped on its own before I got to the next light. Going down a hill starting at 50 mph the car slowed down to 40 mph at the bottom and the tachometer was at 4,000 rpm. Even in normal drive you let off the gas to roll around a corner the car starts slowing down on it's own. Going uphill when you accelerate the car will lag for a second or two before it will downshift hard. The brakes will grab several times as the car slows down from 45 mph occasionally hard enough to snap my head back into the headrest. I cannot stand this car, I absolutely hate it with a passion. I should have stayed with Ford.

Getting to Know & Love my Accord
I still like what I bought and loving the pleasant surprising features I am still coming across. I am @ 7100 miles; the most challenging obstacle is the instrumentation...they are not intuitive. I frequently have to reach out for the manual to get the appropriate settings. I am still on an experiential learning curve even after 7100 miles.

No so great.
Harsh, unsteady ride. Terrible wind and tire noise. Won't hold the road in turns (constantly over-correcting). Brakes beginning to fail, pedal goes almost to the floor before engaging. 2-inch dead zone in gas pedal. Gas pedal too soft -- constantly trying to find the sweet spot to the point of leg and ankle cramps. Rubber band CVT is awful! Poor visibility makes parking a challenge. Weak paint. etc...

'16 sport
I went in to lease the Civic EX and wound up with accord Sport. I love the leather trimmed seats and paddle shifters. Gave up a lot of my favorite features of China Vic EX though...moonroof, technology stuff and safety features. But I went with accord because we are family of 4 and went with the extra space. By the way my wife says I am too young for the old people car (I am 36) because it is huge- it is bigger and than her Highlander! Check your garage space, this.car is gargantuan!

wonderful vehicle
new honda has better fuel economy, better acceleration, is larger and has many new electronic features. always enjoyed the accord and this maybe best one yet. Three plus years in now. Excellent vehicle. Honda quality and value. Highly recommended. Enjoyment has only grown. Loyalty to brand has increased as well. There is nothing not to like. Outstanding vehicle. Opinion only improves with time.

Need a boost
I leased this 2016 thinking I may keep this car. The interior is cheap (cloth) I paid over $500 for the spray on in and out to prevent stains etc. not worth a nickel. If I get another Honda it will be leather. I was very disappointed with the comfort for the driver and passenger. You feel like your in a corvette, low and barely tall enough (I am 5’8”) to feel safe to see out! Night driving the lights aren’t the greatest on high beams. I am however very pleased with the get up and go of the engine and quite happy about the fuel mileage I get average of 35-36mpg.

Love the color and everything about this car... No more Camry, no more Chevy. No need for Lexus or High end Acura. Just get the v6 if you want more power. Got this 5500 off the sticker :)

Honda Accord V6
I have owned this car for 2&1/2 years. It has been extremely reliable and fun to drive. About 6 months ago ,I installed a performance chip. It increased gas mileage and by almost 8%. In addition, performance & torque were exceptional. It is a pleasure to drive. My only complaint is that the ride is a little tight.

26 Yr Honda car lover asking "why the change?"
Be aware of the visibility concerns regarding shorter people, and the dual outside driver mirror that appears to create a noticeable line.

Great Car ...but worth the money?
Honda Dealerships are in general deceptive with a lot of hidden fees much like toyota dealerships. It is a great reliable car... But some of the features in there are too pricey... They should make honda sensing standard.

Pleasure ride
I just sold my 2003 Accord and bought another one this year ,2016. Great car. Update: I've now owned the car for 7 months and it is as expected, great performance with no problems. Update: Now it's November 2017, regular upkeep (oil changes, etc,) car rides great no problems whatsoever.

Great
I had been wanting a Honda for years. I am glad I finally did. 12/22/2017 I have now had this car over a year and a half. I can now say that this car is the best car that I have ever owned in my many years. The only thing that I miss over my Equinox is my tire digital tire gauge. Keeping the proper inflation I got over 70 thousand miles on my last set of tires except for the one where I cut the sidewall down. This Honda is a pleasure to drive. It has now been two and a hall years. This is the best car that I have ever owned.

Bluetooth fix! Great Service
My wife and I leased a 2016 Pilot and a 2016 Accord. His and hers was the thought. Both cars showed as the same Bluetooth device for both Android and Apple / iOS. Literally had to delete and repair everytime I switch cars. After reaching out (via Twitter Direct Message), Honda Corporate acknowledged the bug, and sent a new custom programmed head unit to the dealer to swap out in my Pilot. Understanding that this issue only affects families who may own 2 2016 Honda Tourings, I was really impressed with the lengths that Honda went through to get this fixed. The dealership didn't know what was going on, but they were able to confirm the issue.

Acid or tree sap
If you park your car outdoors and it might be under a tree, tree sap may bubble your paint like it was acid and Honda will do nothing to address it. So don't park your car outdoors. It also does not say anything about this in the warranty. The paint quality of Honda has gone down hill. Had 5 Hondas, 4 Accords and this has been the most disappointing. Will never purchase another Honda again.

New Honda Accord - 1,500 miles
I have no complaints. I have had many Hondas and liked them all but this is the best of the bunch. I have now had the car for a bit over three years and I am just as satisfied as I was when the car was new. With my mix of driving, I am now getting 29 mpg. The car is a bit over three and a half years old. Still going strong and I have no complaints. The car is now a little over 4 years old and I am very pleased with it. It has about 35,000 miles on it and still drives like new. Have now had the car for 5 years and I am still as pleased with it as I have always been. Now at 42,000 miles.

Active safety at reasonable price
For under $25k, the Honda Accord LX CVT sensing has active braking and lane mitigation. Too bad, there's no audio or active braking when backing up. Quality of interior materials is not up to VW standards, but, much more car for the money, and should be reliable. Also, the views out of the car are better than most these days.
