One of the things that drew me to this car was the refreshed exterior for 2016. Hands down, to me, it is one of the best looking mid-size cars out right now. I have had my Touring edition for almost three months now and I continue to get compliments almost daily on the looks of the car. Even when I see one on the road, I have to admire how good it looks. Exterior wise, this car looks perfect with its sculpted lines, curves and LED headlights, daytime running and tail lights. Honda really has made this Accord stand out in the looks department in comparison to other mid size cars in the same price range. I took the car on a few test drives before making the decision to trade my 2011 Camry SE V6 in for the Accord Touring. My original review on this car a few weeks back was less than stellar. Since driving this car for a period of nearly three months now, I have grown to love this car. Every car is going to have it's quirks, but this one does not have many. Overall, the Accord Touring is a very impressive car for the money. I only have three slight issues with this car and they are listed below. 1. Lack of physical knobs for adjusting volume and scanning for stations. You don't realize how useful knobs are until you don't have them. After three months of driving, it is not as bad as it was initially as I am now accustomed to tuning and controlling the system mainly via the integrated steering wheel controls and touchscreen, occasionally. 2. Overall sound quality from the 360 Watt Premium sound system is marginal. Coming from a JBL system in a Camry, I may be a little spoiled in this area. Even with the sub and bass turned up the highest setting, the audio still seems weak. I've tweaked just about every setting possible, but still can't seem to get a rich, deep sound from the system. I stream mostly via Bluetooth. When connected directly via Apple Carplay, the audio sounds a little distorted. The sounds seem muffled and distant when directly connected for some reason. After playing with the settings a bit more on numerous evenings in the garage, I have the settings to where they produce the best sound, at least to me, so I am now satisfied. 3. V6 Performance - Perhaps the Camry SE v6 has spoiled me in this department as well as that car had plenty of power and pep when needed. The V6 Accord is just tuned differently I guess. It seems to be little sluggish initially but when it gets going, the power eventually comes. It just doesn't feel as lively and peppy as I think it should be. Don't get me wrong, when the shifter is put into Sport mode, the car behaves very differently. When not in this mode, it just seems to be a bit unresponsive and sluggish. I do love the fact that the car is very fuel efficient on the highway as I typically average about 31/32 miles per gallon when driving long distances at highway speeds. (Note: after recently experimenting with "Sport" mode, I have grown to love this car even more. When you need the quick start, Sport mode will give it, effortlessly. Even when driving on the highway in Sport mode, just a slight touch on the gas pedal and the car moves very quickly! It's good to know that it is there when needed but I wouldn't advise keeping the car in this mode full time as fuel efficiency will be greatly impacted.) In my initial review back in early February, which I have replaced with this one, I stated that a trade in was imminent. Well, that is not the case any more after driving this car for nearly past two months. I had made my mind up to go back to a Camry, specifically, a 2016 XSE V6. This Honda though has changed my thinking. The Accord is more fuel efficient, has more up to date technology and luxury features standard, with the Touring model and overall is just a more exciting and fun car to drive. I've driven the XSE V6 and personally, it does not have that exciting road feel, driving experience that the Accord has. For someone who likes to feel the road, the Accord is the better option in my opinion. To me, this is the best looking Accord Honda has ever designed. I've secretly been an Accord admirer for many years but never said anything to my wife or acted on it as I always told her we'd only own and drive Toyota's in this family! However, from the outside to the inside, this is one sharp looking car and I had to make a move when I saw the 2016 Accord Touring. This is my first Honda, as I've owned and driven nothing but Toyota's but if the reputation and reliability of this car lives up to its name, this will not be my last Accord. I really love this car and look forward to driving it every day!

Road sensor is very good, though it puts too much distance between you and the car in front of you, annoying drivers behind you.

This is the 4th Accord my family has owned, and it's the best yet. The EX model that we just got has amazing features for the price, including remote start, AndroidAuto/AppleCarPlay, moonroof, smart entry/putshbutton start, dual zone climate control, rear seat AC vents, etc, etc. Love the LED daytime running lights, fog lights, and tail lights. As always with an Accord you get great comfort and room, sporty handling, and excellent sight lines all around. The last is quite important, since most cars these days have poor visibility out the back. Excellent power and gas mileage. Compared to previous generations of Accord this car is quiet and powerful. Love the car so far.

Ok I'm a Honda and fan and I've owned several Accords over the years. This 2016 Accord Touring is the best most sophisticated Accord yet! I really love everything about the car EXCEPT the interior room. I'm 6'5 and this model has the least headroom I believe ever. I'm tall but very lean and I feel tight and a bit cramped when I drive. My 2009 Accord V6 was way roomier and I sat far more comfortably. People complained that model was too big but I loved it. I still love this car and highly recommend it except for really tall people like me.
