Used 2015 Honda Accord LX 4dr Sedan (2.4L 4cyl CVT) Consumer Reviews
Rough Rider
This is an addition to an earlier review. Bought this 2015 LX in August. I had a 1994,1998 and a 2003 LX and they all rode better then the 2015. You feel like a cork bobbing in the ocean. I later found out that Honda replaced their famous wishbone suspension with McPherson Struts(Cheaper) which maybe contributed to the very firm ride. Also the front driver and passenger seats are uncomfortable, we are using seat pads to give us some comfort but seat backs are hard ( will have to find something to put there to help my back) Rode or tire noise excessive(Thought windows were opened) , Loved my 94' 98 and 03 and based my purchase on the 2015 on those 3 cars. Car handles very well and mileaage is good

Great fuel economy, awful seats, noisy
The car is ok. It doesn't look good, but it doesn't look bad. Fantastic MPG (I regularly get around 42-43 on the highway), but you can't travel for more than an hour at a time because it kills your back and especially buttocks. It's snappy for a 4-cyl and the CVT works fine. It's quiet in the city and loud enough on the highway that you can't always hear the people in the car with you. The trunk is reasonably spacious but the rear seat back comes down in one piece (no 60/40 split) and the opening between the trunk and the passenger compartment is narrower than both the trunk and the seat that limits the cargo space more than you can imagine. It also has some hooks/hinges than come down and won't let the trunk close if it's completely full to the top. I would not recommend it, for the first time in my life as a car owner I'm looking for replacements less than 2 years into owning a brand new vehicle.

Diappointing Ride
After the 1993 Accord and a 2009 Accord, both in the LX Trim, the 2015 Honda Accord is a huge disappointment. The Ride of the Car is Poor. The Rear Suspension emits a Sound as though a Strut has failed. Also the McPherson Strut Suspension is a Step down from the Double Wishbone Suspension. The 2009 Accord's ride was similar to a Mercedes E-Class but the 2015 Accord is a downgrade.

Great car
Very good fuel economy. I exceed the factory posted mpg all the time, especially on highway. I reached even 42 MPG on highway for 100 miles trip.

Worst Honda I've ever owned.
This is my 3rd Honda and by far the worst. Loud air conditioning whistling when it's hot outside. Fan replaced but did not correct the problem. Hard vibration when stopped and in drive. Dealer claimed it was due to a broken engine & transmission mount, which was replaced. This did not correct the problem. It is worse than ever and now I'm being blown off by the service department because they can't figure it out. Check fuel cap light and check tire light comes on frequently and goes off by itself. I'm furious that I bought this car ( new ) . Getting ready to start a Lemon Law Claim.
