I bought a 2000 Taurus and just got a new 2004 SEL taurus again because of its performance, comfort, and reliability. I also liked the service at Crown Ford, Lynbrook Long Island. The car's 24 valve Durotec engine is quiet but gives me plenty of power. The CD player and upgraded sound system is really great. I recommend this car and it runs on reg

This car handles great. It is very comfortable, and there is plenty of room for our family of four, our children are teenagers, both over 6ft. It gets great gas mileage. The most car for the buck.

New 4 only $14K!!!!!, 09/04/2004
2004 Ford Taurus SE 4dr Sedan (3.0L 6cyl 4A)

This was the best deal out there for any car. $14K for a brand new midsize car that had a $22K MSRP. Much more car for the money when you compare it to any other car. We are extremely pleased with the fit and finish of this car.

The Best Car I've Ever Owned

I traded in my '98 Taurus SE for a 2004 SEL and I love this car just as much. With leather seats, the interior feels like a luxury car and the drive is excellent with the Duratec V6. The SEL includes a lot of extras that are truly useful and make the car a pleasure to drive for long distances. The V6 Camry is a more refined car, but without the bells and whistles. The Ford is a fun car to own and a really great value.

I bought the Taurus for it's five star crash safety record, and I'm very impressed with it's handling and styling.
