Bought this car in Atlantis Green which I highly recommend. This car turns heads. Quick and comfortable. With only 300 miles on it I am averaging 17 mpg but that number is going up. Handles very well but don't mistake it for a Corvette. SYNC will take some time to learn but gives you a wealth of features and information.

So impressed with this car. Numerous times on the drive back from the dealer I would say, "This is so much fun to drive, I cannot believe this is a Ford." Mine has the voice-nav, and I love the huge 8'' display. Sync is wonderful, and it is just a treat to drive. I enjoy getting in a car again and driving. My MPG is up to 17.5, but the oomph from the 3.5L duratec is phenom. The sport suspension takes turns like no other. So happy. Sirius Sat radio is another plus.

I recently decided to trade in my Mustang GT for something more practical and better able to handle Midwestern winters. I looked at the Subarus but they seemed chintzy and kinda ugly (have you seen the new Legacy?), and Hondas (no AWD except for their SUVs). The Fusion's AWD is a rarity in this class and along with the big V-6 and iPod integration I couldn't find anything better out there. I have been extremely pleased with the Fusion so far and it has handled Chicago snow without any problem. I hope it continues to impress!

Fusion Sport AWD

Picked a Fusion Sport AWD after looking at Mazda 6sGT and Accord Coupe EX-L V-6/stick, both great cars. The Accord coupe was really fun with great drive train & excellent response. The Mazda was comfortable & quick, but bland. The Fusion had very quiet, roomy interior & trunk, sure-footed handling, smooth power & AWD. Sync is way better than the simple aux input that the Honda offers for phone & media integration. More integrated front styling is distinctive. The wheel/tire & aero bits add to the image without looking tacky. Great Euro/American blend hints of Mercedes and BMW styling but is distinctly American. Interior is first rate and rivals the Accord coupe for quality and comfort.

Best Value in Class

Purchased a Sport AWD fully loaded. Great looking car and with the latest technology. Certainly fun to drive with excellent handling and power. Mileage great too, nearly 27 mpg on a 700+ mile trip at speeds averaging 75-80 mph. Looked at 3-series BMW, Audi A4, Acura and Infiniti G37-- all at least $10-15K more with the G37 only one having more power. Best buy in this class especially after rebates. Ford got this one right!! Final thought: Many buyers would not think of looking at a Ford, so they pay dearly for the import name and eventually the high maintenance.
