Used 2006 Ford Fusion Consumer Reviews
First Ford Automobile purchased
This car has surprised me. The ride is very comfortable, the handling is excellent and the power available is perfect. I have the V-6 and it provides smooth quiet power and is great on fuel economy. There are no squeaks or rattles and the paint is flawless. Suit yourself and go for a test ride and run the wheels off it and you'll see what I mean.
Comfortable and Fun to Drive!
We purchased this car Memorial Day and took a 1300 mile round trip 5 days later to the Smoky Mountains. We are well pleased with the way it handles with its very sporty and decisive steering. Our fuel economy was 30 mpg on the highway, and 23 in the city. Rear seating is excellent for two adults, even for long trips. There is low wind noise and light road noise.
2006 Fusion
Seems to be some defects on vehicle that Ford is not addressing. Already replaced turn signals lights~ 4 times, Replaced all 4 rotors. Inside handles are bubbling, not yet pealing. Biggest thing is the paint is starting to peel off the hood from the underneath with some bubbling around the underneath. Windows don't seal good enough, sounds like air coming in when going down highway.
THIS IS WHAT COOL LOOKS LIKE
This car handles so precisely that it's fun to drive. I was ready to trade in my beloved Bonneville (2000) and got a really good deal. The factory incentives sold me, not to mention that my husband sells Fords! I love the style, both inside and out. Interior is very roomy and comfortable.

Had months of idle rpms going crazy while engine hot or cold. Awful lot of talk about the problem over the internet.
