I have owned Chevy, Dodge and Ford Trucks in my opinion Ford is the better quality. My 2004 F150 has 215,000 still running good. I went to trade it in and the dealer wouldn't give me anything for it. Now I own two Ford trucks. My 2019 rides and drives like a dream. I do enjoy some of the modern features, back up camera, great sound system, and the basic layout. I'm confident that this truck will last as long as my other one

Well reading all the bad reviews on the new F-150's, I have a 2018 I've been driving for over 2 years, 395 HP 5.0 10 speed, It runs great, And I drive the piss out of it, Gets 24-26 mpg on the highway, maybe I lucked out and got a good one.......

Yes you do have a choice 6 or 10 speed trans.its a 1.800 dollar extra.for 6 speed.if the dealer said you don't have a choice they lied.

Renting a 2019 F150 has confirmed for me that I would never buy one. One must remove and/or fold down all headrests in order to have a partially unobstructed view. Ridiculous. The center front seat next to driver is absurdly bulky and difficult to get out of the way. Everyone should notice this is what NOT to do in front row of a truck. Modern phone connectivity, but 1970s style reach between your legs , find the metal bar and adjust your seat. And that poor gas cap. No lock. Let’s anyone put anything in your gas tank and you won’t know until it’s too late. 2019 and ford can’t put a lock on the gas door ? But THE WORST is the damn fuel saver feature, whereby the vehicle “stalls” to zero rpms and the air flow dies. This occurs when you are stopped and idling, like at traffic lights, heavy traffic etc. The truck then “restarts” itself when your foot comes off the brake. Why did someone think this was a good idea? No Ford for me. Taking the rental back early to get a Toyota.
