Love my Explorer

I love everything about my Explorer. The size, the 3 rows, all the features the Limited Edition brings and the comfortable ride. Great AC, Double sunroof, great sound system. There's nothing about my explore I don' like.

Desert Copper Package

I just bought a 2019 Ford Explorer with the Dessert Copper Special Trim Package. the copper colored center insert is pure junk. With only 300 miles the copper insert in the seats center is badly deformed. Lindsay Ford in Wheaton, Maryland tried to make this sound normal which it is not. Many other leather seats in my many other cars have never bagged out and deformed like this even after years of wear. Lindsay Ford is either not technically competent or outright dishonest. I have filed a complaint and am awaiting a response from Ford.

i love the performance, styling, handling. but i've had a few serious issues and only 18k miles on my sport model. when i first bought the car I had the screen go black and not work. then i had issues with the throttle body. now i'm waiting to drop off at service department for issues with ecoboost not working.

Great Car

Have had a number of SUV’s. The EXP is big but not too big plus handles better in the snow than the others. It’s ‘car-like’ but has elements of a truck which I also have. Highly recommended.

Have had my 2019 Ford Explorer Limited for 16 months and enjoying all the creature comforts and quiet ride. Has AWD and gives my family and I comfort knowing that we are going to be safe driving in any weather condition thrown to us by Michigan's mother nature.
