Love My White Ford Edge ST!!

I have had this car for about a month and I love it. The 21 Inch rims look so good with the white paint. The transmission is smooth. The car is quick and is definitely a head turner when coming down the street. The AC seats are nice in the heat and the Moonroof is awesome to look out! I am so happy I purchased this. I can't wait for the snow to come so I can take this through the mountain passes here in Colorado. Plenty of room in the back seat and truck.The MyFord app is great also. Makes it easy to remote start your car now matter how far away you are. The only thing I am not looking forward too is buying new tires for this beast! They are huge!

ECO BOMB returned to Ford as a lemon. Got my money back. Bought a Honda. Ford could care less. It was easier to return the car to Ford than the actual buying process. Never again Ford ! I bought my 2019 Edge ST less than 1 year ago and only have 8K (9 months of ownership) in mileage on the car. It is garage kept and in pristine condition. First issue in stop and go traffic, the transmission would not move, have the car floored, then slammed into gear and ran rough. That issue was a mystery as it went away after a restart. Then 2/10/2020 I brought my car to Apple Ford in Columbia MD. I have software issues with Sync 3 and they were going to do an update. I also noticed my coolant gauge would not keep consistent temperature. 46 days later I get my car back with rim rash on my black rims. Oh not a pleasant experience. The transmission was leaking, oil pressure sensor was leaking but the engine coolant temperature sensor was bad on back order. Part number JL3Z 12A648A. Virtually no communication with the dealership. I filed a lemon law complaint and Ford agreed to buy back the car. The transmission seems to be better now and no leaks, but the main reason why I brought the car in for software issues still exists. So basically nothing was done. Now with the Corona virus, everything is on hold with Ford RAV (reacquired vehicle team), the dealership demanded that I pick up the vehicle. Now my EcoBomb is sitting in my garage waiting for the final paperwork to come through for the buy back. Never again will I buy another Ford. Back to the foreign manufactures. I tried, but failed miserably. Piss Poor quality Ford, you should be ashamed and wonder why people abandoned the brand for other manufacturers.
