Used 2015 Chrysler Town and Country Minivan Consumer Reviews
Trans pump is bad
After 83,k miles my 2015 Chrysler's Town and Country's check engine light came on and it's a faulty transmission pump. The cost to repair is $5k and my mechanic said there was a trans pump recall on the make and model and same year. However, Chrysler said my particular car was not listed in the recall due to where it was manufactured and so they refuse to fix it or help with the cost. Now I'm fighting this and filed a complaint with the NHTSA. .

Town and Country Van
Folding seats a great feature. Ride is smooth and safe. Third row seats fold under floor to maximize storage. Power door locking mechanism for the passenger side sliding door has failed for the second time in 3 years. Removal and replacement takes about 6 hours working from the inside of the van. Transmission failure at 80k miles. Recall from 2015-2016 for transmission pump failure but my VIN not covered (yet). If you are looking at these vans, please check for the rebuilt transmission or expect to spend about 5k for the replacement.

Versatile Van
Functional. Roomy. Versatile. Just the right size. Nice features without too much technology. Could double as a RV/camper in an emergency. Great for vacations and road trips. Gives one a sense of safety. Would highly recommend.

Bought it used in 2021 with 112,000 miles!
Love it for how it handles and what it can carry! Loaded a digital piano in AZ using the two sliding doors, and kept the weight loaded on center, with no issues getting my dad's piano to NC!
OK. Leased new.
An OK car. Avid pickup guy, but almost always had a cap on the bed except when towing our fifth-wheel... This is our second; first a 2006. This is my 'new' pick-up with a permanent cap. Like the fold-away seats, and especially the heated steering wheel (Michigan winters). Cruise control does NOT hold well in grades but will down shift and catch up. Annoying, but not a deal breaker. Mileage not what was advertised, but much better than the pickups. Over-all, decent; they don't offer it any longer so cannot opt to buy a "newer-improved model." Am considering purchasing it after lease. Asked for a trim style below: unknown not Limited, but has many features, leather, tow package, etc. Probably next step down from limited. Chose Touring L whatever that is. Nothing on my car designates. Most frustrating: no easy way to tie tailgait when carrying/hauling items or lumber longer than 8'. Needs an eyehook or slot inside rear gate to affix a bungie strap. Considering drilling and threading an eye-hook.
