Used 2012 Chrysler 200 Sedan Consumer Reviews
Worst car I’ve ever had.
This car is a joke. I purchased it three years ago (and finally got it out of my hair today, FINALLY) and within that three years I put in nearly the same amount of money fixing things as I did purchasing it. After the heater core, two alternator mishaps, a blown radiator hose, the thermostat housing going out, a transmission leak, the master switch going out twice, the tire pressure gauge breaking, horrendously squeaky brakes, the car shaking when braking, overheating engine, broken AC fan, and many more things, I have nothing good to say about this car. The entire left side of the car under the hood had to be replaced essentially due to malfunctions within those 3 years. Also, the driver seat headrest popped out and smacked me in the back of the head unprovoked. I’d like to elaborate that I kept this car up to date on all its maintenance and drove it well. The 2012 Chrysler 200 is nothing but a money pit, and if I could give this car 0 stars I would. I will never recommend this car to anybody.

I purchased this car 2023 The only thing I did with it.. is breaks and Rotors it Runs smooth and beautiful. Being that is a much older car now Got it on the budget but it's worth it having. I used to OWN japanese Cars I had Toyota and Honda but I love American cars. Now I'm sticking with American.

Reliable!
Purchased back 2018 in San Antonio, TX at 80k miles, still have it, currently at 125k. Besides general maintenance (brake pads, tire, oil) I’ve only had to fix 2 things, 1 sensor and the rotors. Love this car!
New transmission at 62,000 miles
62,000 miles and new transmission. Took dealer 4 weeks. Never had a transmission go out. I could understand if car had 120,000+ miles on it but at 62,000 miles, poor design, poor quality and poor craftsmanship in my opinion. Thank good it was covered under power train warranty.....

Kind of soon to tell, but love it so far!
This car has many things I wouldn't have thought of but now can't live without! Notable features include the comfort of driving it as a shorty. I'm about 5'3" and the seat raises up/down, the wheel goes in/out (as well as up/down) and the seat belt lowers to a comfy shoulder height. Great visibility when up high on the adj. seat. All of which can be changed for my taller husband (if I ever let him drive) It's fun to drive, sharp interior, 130 miles on it and used just over a 1/4 tank, great handling. Only issue is pulling to the right which I'm calling about today. Hope they're great about fixing it like they were about selling it! LOTS of car for the money. Great buying experience.
