Purchased this car 08/04/2018 from Roundtree Moore Chevrolet in Lake City Florida. On 08/06/2018 front passenger seat stopped working Was on way to Atlanta stopped and they fixed it. On 08/16/2018 was on way to Atlanta and before I left at 6:30 am the right front head light would not work. Stopped at Roundtree on way and spent 3 hours trying to get it fixed and couldn't. Questioned sales rep about getting another ca for this one and they didn't want anything to do with it. Left to my destination and on the way home on 08/18/2018 the drivers seat stopped working. Got home to Valrico Florida and took the car to the dealer in by my home and they had the car from 08/20/2018 to 08/24/2018. After an entire week in the shop they called at 4:15 pm to let me know the vehicle was fixed. I have called GM and talked to lemon law lawyers. GM said since it was fixed they have no obligation for buy back and blamed it on the dealer. It appears the only way this will end is once again with legal action as GM will not do what is right. I have been a long time GM owner 50 years worth but it appears that this will be the last. Three electrical problems within two weeks to me is a serious problem. I guess that a fire while driving will be the only wake up call for GM. Hopefully my Grandchildren will not be in the car if that happens. Thanks GM for stiffing me with a potential LEMON, warranty or no warranty. Your first rate action and concern will be remembered when I get rid of this one. Your offer of $250 for accessories purchase was nothing short of pitiful

We are also victims of the terrible transmission issues. My car stared at 19000 miles with the shoddy to park issues now transmission is making a noise and not shifting from first to second properly. It will jerk and one time I thought it was going to stall as I was crossing from a red light. I’m going to trade this piece of crap 2018 Lt loaded model with leather, dual moon roofs and Bose just because I don’t trust Chevrolet anymore. I was a beautiful car, but what good is it if it won’t last? I’m taking a loss and offloading this POS this week! Beware if you get a Traverse!

NOT RELIABLE Good Evening, I  purchased a 2018 Redline Chevy Traverse in April 2019 . As I was returning from GA, the vehicle broken down on 10/29/2019. I received the following light indicators : The Chevy Traverse Stabilitrak/Traction ,Battery Saver Active , alternator,  ABS the car went COMPLETELY DEAD.  I had no power at all.  HOW CAN AN ALTERNATOR AND BATTERY GO BAD IN A 2018 VEHICLE?   WHAT COULD CAUSE THE SYSTEM TO FAIL? I HAVE HAD NO CAR ACCIDENTS?

From day two purchasing this vehicle new from a Chevy Dealer in Lake City Florida, it has had electrical problems. After going back to the dealer they would not take the vehicle back without a horrendous loss of money Fighting with GM was a waste of time. All they wanted to do was push you around to different people who all they could say was there doesn't seem to be a problem. Day two both front seats stopped working then day 4 the lights stopped working coming back from Ashville to Tampa. Four months the right tail light blew up thought the car had been shot on the freeway but the light fixture just blew up. Ferman Chevy had a great service rep that I had been working with and he took it in the shop for a week and took care of this POS. It now doesn't have 40000 miles on it and the electrical problems are coming back out. When you shut it off and shift to PARK the display keeps telling you to shift to park. Drives nice and roomy and on the interstate at 75-79 gets 23-26 miles to the gallon. It's a 6 cylinder.
