Traiblazer EXt review
The EXT is amazing, way more space than the Explorer or Durango, better fuel economy than both, with more torque and horsepower. The third row of seats have alot of leg room, and are elevated a little higher than the other seats. Nice quiet ride, smmoth; get the BOSE sound system (optional) This vehicle rides so well you get addicted. It also feels so comfy. Looks slicker and classier than the other SUV's in this class. Lovin' it! the 4.2 V-6? Much quieter than GM's other 4.3 V-6. LOT's of power...275 horse, 275 torque!
In awe
Fell in love at first sight! Too good to be true and holding my breath that all stays well for the next few years. Great dealer fly cross country to meet these guys. Price alittle high, but they made a deal and financed cheap.

chevy trailblazer ext 2003
I bought this SUV because the tahoe was just a little too big and bounced me around a little too much. we wanted extra room so we went for the ext and we are so pleased that we did. i love the set up inside. very easy to change seat positions and even adults can fit comfortably in the very back. looks hot and feels great to drive. definately would recommend!
RENEE
THIS IS A SMOOTH RIDING VEHICLE AND LOOKS GOOD!!!
Movin' on up
Purchased the TB two weeks ago to replace a 2000 Olds Silhouette, have 1,100 miles on it so far. This truck is AWESOME. It rides and handles like a dream. The wind noise is less than the van. The freeway handling is fantastic. Had it offroad once so far and it handled the steepest roads with little problem. I've been getting 20 MPG @ 70 MPH on my 42 mile commute to and from work.
Chucks '03 LTZ Trailblazer
I purchased this vehicle on 7/26/2003 & it really surprised me at the quality of ride & handling. The 4 valve per cylinder, 10:1 compression ratio gives this 4.2 litre a whopping 275 horsepower, not bad at all for a straight 6, & performs quite well considering the 4,616 lbs. that it is pulling. You can run 87 octane fuel, but I use 93 octane due to the compression & there is more performance & better gas mileage too. The only one thing I wished was that GM made the 5.3 litre V-8 available in the non extended models. I do love performance!
Only beat by the Chevy Tahoe
This is one of the best SUVs I have owned. I have had 1999 Ford Explorer which I hated and 1997 Ford Expedition, wich other than the cheap seating and terrible gas mileage was a nice vehicle. I had a 96, 97, 99, and 2000 Chevey Tahoe. They were all great vehicles except for the 2000 with the full time 4 wheel drive that sucked gas like a pig. They were the most comfortable vehicles I have owned, but this new 2003 Chevy Trail Blazer is right up there with comfort and it is great to drive. I have the 3:42 differentials and get 23MPG or better on the highway at about 69MPH with 87 octane gas. I get a bit less mileage when I use the 89 octane ethanol gas.
2003 Trailblazer EXT LT Model
We just purchased this SUV. I drove this vehicle and never looked back. We love it! It's like sitting on the couch going down the road. The 5.3L engine has alot of power for the size of the vehicle. I like the monotone interior as opposed to the Envoy. With all the options it has, it was smart thinking to give it that look. We are die hard Chevrolet fans but even if we weren't I'd challenge anyone to find a Ford that handles this well with all these options in the same price range.
