Review is for both the 2020 truck problems and lack of GM/dealer support. I bought 2020 to replace 2018 Yukon that had so many problems with idle that I thought 2020 will address all of them but wrong I was. 2020 developed rough idle and also detonation under load. OBD scanner shows detonation knock retards as much as -10 degrees but dealer says, GM equipment does not see any. You can both feel and hear those problems, same answer, no code -> no repair. It has been to dealer a total of 14 times for all these problems and endless door rattles that dealer never fixed. I really really wanted to buy a domestic truck but lack of care from GM killed the desire, traded it in for a German vehicle.
