Toxic SUV!
I got my Tahoe used Oct 2021. It only had 54k miles which is not bad for a 2017 i needed space so i traded in my Highlander for my Now Suv Tahoe. Worse mistake of my life! The only thing good about these cars are looks! had to replace the a/c condenser within 3 months $1,000! and now its still making growling noises when the a/c is still on so I'm thinking either actuator or worse scenario compressor just great. There is also rattling noises when i accelerate its just the most toxic car ever owned and i honestly wanted one so bad because it seemed so spacious and big never thinking of the big problems it was going to give me. all of these noises are common in tahoes now that i read more reviews on catalytic converters, a/c. Never again GM. such a waste.

They Ain't what they use to be!!! Never again!
STILL WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER. I have owned every Tahoe since going from the rough truck ride of the old K5 Blazer. The early Tahoes were a great blend of comfort and utility. The new Tahoe although good comfort has lost most if not all utility. The ride is also not comfortable with the new thinner tires, they take a bump or pothole with a hard knock, and it's quite uncomfortable. I got to the point that I sold the vehicle back to the dealer, I was done with it. UPDATE, two years late and I am really happy I dumped it.

IMPRESSED!
My First Chevy, my first car review !I previously owned a 2008 Honda Pilot, special edition. I am impressed with the Tahoe LS. I took a 1600 mile road trip and averaging 23 MPG. For a SUV this size and with a V8 engine, I am impressed. I like to cruise, I'm a cruiser, i don't speed unless I have too, i can dial up the acceleration when needed! The 23 MPG is due to the engine switching from 8 cylinder to 4 cylinder during flat terrain. When i first picked up the vehicle, I noticed the distance from the wheel to the frame was probably about a foot, I thought it was a bit excessive, but how this SUV glides over the roughest roads, I don't notice it anymore, very smooth! It is a very comfortable ride and drive. I pick up my old man and its easy for him to get in and out because of the step and handle. Second row seats are spacious. The third row is really for a kids, but I'm ok with that. Apple play, onstar services available on LS model. Overall, very happy.
