2005 Chevrolet SSR 2dr Regular Cab Convertible LS Rwd SB (6.0L 8cyl 4A)

My Slingshot Yellow SSR combines three characteristics that I've always wanted. It is a cross between a hot rod, a sports car and a pickup truck. It is incredibly fun to drive and attracts attention like nothing I have ever driven. I see people taking pictures of it on their cell phone cameras as I'm cruising down the freeway. With more than enough power, it runs out nicely and still has more to give above 60 MPH.

Best Features

The ease and simplicity of the retracting top is great. I have the saddle bags in the truck bed that keeps my necessaries neat and well cantained. The six disc CD player and sound system are excellent and the fingertip controls on the steering wheel are much appreciated. A great toy!

Worst Features

While initially feeling comfortable, on longer drives the seats begin to feel like rocks, and no amount of adjustment seems to help. I also miss a utilitarian arm rest on the door or center console. Window molding on driver and passenger door doesn't always seal well creating wind noise.
