Bought it from an auto auction
I had been in the market for a very small low priced car to get me back and forth to work and I stumbled upon this car. While it’s not my first mini auto it is the most fun to drive. Yes it’s got the cursed CVT (which according to CarFax was replaced 30k ago) I have gotten use to the way it shifts and am getting around 38mpg around town. Is it perfect? Nope but all in all it’s good at what it does.. just not very quickly. It’s easy to park, easy to get in to and out of and the ac works fantastic. Would I buy another one? Yes but upgrade to the 2lt from the 1lt

Car cant be beat, dealers need manners
So I'll start off with the good. The Spark is a great car for those who want some substance but still like being able to buy things besides the car. Paid $12k for an LS Manual, and it's the transmission for this car. The little car scoots and wedges into tight spaces and holds its own even at interstate speeds (85 mph easy). Fuel economy average was 40.3 mpg in my routine driving with a peak of 51.2 on a trip to New Mexico. Love the neoprene and leatherette seats. Now for the bad, I paid for Black Granite $330 option, not worth it. Chips easily near the bottom of the car. Second, my spark had a weird issue where it appeared to be idling rough, dealership refused to investigate or even schedule an appointment with me. I ended up driving an hour a way to visit another and they solved the issue without hesitation. Overall, get the LT Manual you won't regret it!

Sparky is fin
We bought our Spark as a second car. Immediately named it Sparky and have had a ball driving it. Super on gas. We are smaller sized people so space is not a problem. Back seat is roomier than it looks

Problem Car
I bought my 2014 spark (new) on Black Friday November 29 2013, I had to take it in one week later on Thursday December 5 2013 because a tire pressure light was on. They told me it was the device that I had plugged in to monitor my driving for a lower insurance, I removed it and my tire pressure light still comes on. The tire pressure light has been on at least twice a month since I've had it, and nobody can fix the issue. I've had about 3 recalls, the A/C had to be replaced, I've had an oil leak. I bought a new car so I wouldn't have problems 😬. My 2007 Ford Escape has been in the shop less then my 2014 Chevy Spark. I will never get a Chevy again. I'm writing this on April 12 2017 so my Spark is about 3 1/2 years old and I have less than 17000 miles. All these problems for less than 17000 miles, it probably won't last to 50000 miles.

Really fun to drive
This little Chevy has more interior space than I was expecting and the four doors make it easy to get into and out of the back seats. I am really pleased with the mileage I am getting. The engine is powerful enough to scoot when you need to, and the Chevy MyLink is easy to use. I was surprised at all the extras that came with the car, including heated seats, a back windshield wiper and a nice sound system.
