I purchase my 2006 Chevy Duramax, in the spring of 2007, with only 6K miles.. Drove it 7-8K miles a year, then had to stick a "new Factory GM TURBO" in it at only 80K miles, in 2018.. Very disappointed, as I am very good at service/maintenance, religiously every 4-5K miles, store the Pick-up in a shop when not in use(heated during the winter).. Now at 113K the "TURBO", was stuck again.. the local diesel shop, was "shocked" , to find this FACTORY NEW GM TURBO, looking like it came from a salvage yard.. worst he ever seen on a vehicle that had only 30K miles since installed new.. He asked 4-5 times, about how it could look this bad, including talking to GM shop/dealership, that installed it.. VERY Disappointed in the entire experience, as a very "loyal" GM customer for more that 40 years..
