Used 2003 Chevrolet Avalanche Crew Cab Consumer Reviews
Would Be Great If It Worked!
This is absolutely an awsome vehicle, when it works. Bought it used with 75,000kms, had a few problems with it not starting in -15C the first winter but overall it ran good. Last year we started having issues, we bought it for $26,000 and we've put $18,000 back into it in maintenance ($8,000 in the last 6 months) . We can't get it running long enough to sell it. Had the entire front end torn apart a few times but no one can find the problem.
Great car/truck
The best of both worlds, its a truck that rides like a car. A little hungry a the pump but it worth it.

Chevy Avalanche
This truck (Z66,2x2 driving package) drives like a large car, smooth and quiet. The leather seating is comfortable, power is good. Turning radius leaves something to be desired. The styling is definitely for a particular taste. I like that I'm getting a scaled down Cadillac Escalade (Same frame and body is used but with little style and cosmetic changes).I'm interested in how reliable it will turn out to be. I've picked up an annoying speed related noise coming from under the hood at about mile 3,000.
Luxurious Four Wheel Drive
After seeing the Avalanche I had to do some research to find out if it was as good as it looked. After research I went to test drive it...all it took was to drive it around the parking lot and I bought it!! This is the most unique, most reliable, most fun vehicle ever. Only in America would you find Luxury, Leather, 4 Wheel Drive, SUV/Truck that drives more smoothly than most cars! I have driven this vehicle in snow, mud, on road, and off...it drove so well and incredibly smooth. It simply feels like you are riding in a Limo with the power to go anywhere in any weather. Everything about it is incredible.
the best
the avalanche north face is the best!! the chicks dig it and the guys wish they had one.
