Used cars: some things work, some things don’t, on this particular one all things do! A thorough inspection by a great dealership makes all the difference!

This has been a dream to call this my car. My dream came true! So far I love the car. Too soon to answer some of the questions. Don't yet know about maintenance and other possible concerns. For the comfort and style and the ride...this is worth it all!

Car was bought to replace wife’s Honda CRV. After sampling any number of makes and SUV-style models in the used late model class, we shopped a local GMC Cadillac dealership online, almost as a lark. Our price point matched only a few vehicles, of which 2 were SRXs and both of those were 2014s. We shrugged, went to the dealership and test drove the one…we were sold. Neither of us had ever owned a Cadillac or a luxury vehicle before. The car tracks nicely, the 3.6 is responsive enough, and car looks great inside and out. Some features are welcome, while others will never be used. As Cadillac has already updated the SRX to a new and different designation and redesign, the drawbacks may be unique to this model’s run, such as wide pillars and overall reduced visibility. Also, the CUE system poses a learning curve for drivers old enough to have owned rotary phones. The array and display of buttons and non-buttons (touch and swipe), on the steering wheel and center dash can be daunting for the memory impaired and symbology challenged. Overall, impressed with vehicle. Ride is generally smooth and quiet. Seats are comfortable enough not to feel uncomfortable, even after long drives. All things considered, how can we go back to non-memory seats and manual tailgates?!?

Dealer support for the Cary Hendrick Cadillac dealer was outstanding, my first cadillac. The SRX was extremely sporty and stylish inside and out. Fuel economy the only drawback for this outstanding model.
