High Price, High Pleasure!

2004 Cadillac Escalade EXT 4dr Crew Cab AWD (6.0L 8cyl 4A)

The "bigness" of the vehicle is a
desireable feature -- not only the
numerical dimensions, but the sense of
a very comfortable "room on wheels."
Greatest crossover for the tall driver.
Its hauling capacity, both internal
size, convenience and ease of space
expansion, but also its towing muscle.
Quiet as an ES300 (Lexus) and easy to
control in snow and ice -- and off
road. We'd do it again, despite the
high price tag

Best Features

The "feel" of a luxury vehicle, towing capacity, hauling convenience, 345 h.p., backup sensors, OnStar safety, variable 4-wheel drive (Stabilitrack), full passenger capacity, recessed rear wincow, engineering perfection

Worst Features

Tailgate dropdown needs vacuum assist -- WAY too heavy for one arm; Slim down the steering wheel -- too difficult to see dash; Separate the control knobs for CD, radio, cassette player, OnStar service, and Stabilitrack modifier.
