Used 2020 Audi Q5 SUV Consumer Reviews
It’s just a pricey VW, but a nice one
Nice looking and a good car. However, any little repair or adjustment is very expensive, in my experience, ridiculously so. This is my second Audi in a row. The prior model was an A4 sedan.
Super vehicle
The Q5 exceeded my expectations

Parts issues are too much to buy this car
The car is nicely appointed and drives beautifully. But I have had a rear back up light that has been out for 6 months. It is a 50 cent bulb, but unfortunately Audi built it into a larger tail-light assembly that must be replaced for $300. Okay, I get it that the company wants to make extra money. But here's the deal. There are none of these parts available, they've been on back order for over a year (according to Audi of West Palm Beach), and Audi is still searching for a manufacturer to make the parts. You could expect this in a car that's 30 years old, but not one that is so new. With this type of customer support, I would strongly suggest that customers look at other manufacturers
