can’t say enough about the new RDX . Drives beautiful, comfortable and for SUV it’s turbo and very responsive. Lots of tech features . Couldn’t be happier.

After buying a brand new Acura - and it having all kinds of issues - this company - Honda/Acura treated me HORRIBLY. We had to take in the car four times and they wouldn't fix anything because they couldn't "duplicate" the problem. The car had 500 miles on it - why would I bring it in saying the brakes squeak and want them to fix it if they didn't?? Makes no sense. I spend hours and hours in the waiting room - driving a loaner - calling - it has been the worst car buying experience I have ever had the misfortune to experience. STAY CLEAR of the Honda company.

Rattles and Design issues

We have a 2020 RDX and have had dash rattles from the onset. The dealer said push cardboard in the gaps to quiet them! I also think the blind spot warning should be in side mirror not on hard to notice part of door. We also had tech option series and still don’t have fog lights. Think twice before buying this much better out there with more intuitive controls.

Multi Honda and Acura owner over 3 decades, who bought (not leased) an RDX Tech 3 weeks ago and have already been back to dealer with what we've come to find out are known and unresolved problems with the vehicle. We had three GM SUV's prior to this, all without a single problem. The vehicle fails at luxury, at economy, and is poorly built. Road noise, tire roar, and suspension noise are louder than my pick-up truck. 17.7 MPG in mixed driving? The RDX demonstrates with is wrong with SUV's/CUV's, too many trade-offs to manage. Unfortunately, and contrary to almost every "professional" review, Acura misses the mark. We purchased based on years of familiarity with what Honda/Acura delivered as a brand, and reviews, but after 1000 miles it's clear they've all missed the mark and Acura have failed to deliver on the brand proposition. There are much better choices for at or less than the price of these vehicles.

Shattering rear glass window

Love everything about the car until my rear glass window shattered out of no where!!! It is definitely a defect in the glass used - says due to “thermal stress” on the glass but I have never had this happen to any of my Acura in 20+yrs until now! Quality has gone down.
