1st Acura
We have owned the RDX for 33 months. It is a pleasure to use and drive. Fuel mileage is decent, handling is great. This is our 4th SUV of different brands in the last 15 years and I believe this is the best one so far. We generally buy vehicles that have a sticker price in the $50,000 range and with the RDX we are not disappointed !

Disappointed. Wish I could return.
The good: sharp looking and comfortable. The bad: the infotainment/navigation system. Rarely works correctly. Have to reconnect my phone from time to time, slow to respond, can't save/edit favorite places with a name like "lake house," the mouse pad belongs on a laptop, not a vehicle, awkward. Gas mileage is poor at 19 mpg on average, and I drive about half hwy half local. No auto wiper washers which I'd expect at this price point (45k). Annoying auto engine off needs to be disabled each time you start the car. Miss my Nissans. Had two Muranos and the 2016 Maxima before I moved into this SUV. Avoid, unless you love the looks and get a great price.

Terrible technology and customer service
I have owned other Acura cars as well as Honda. The issues with the Infotainment system are more than annoying they are dangerous! One of the selling points of this car was the integrated technology. I drive about 25k miles per year. Having the telephone disconnect and reconnect multiple times during a call is frustrating and dangerous. In addition on a one hour commute to the office Apple Car Play disconnects at least 5 times and i have to manually reboot the system. Acura is not offering any solution or compensation even though this issue has been ongoing since the release of the vehicle in June of 3018. They now state that it will be fixed in the upcoming OTA patch due at the “end of fall”. Or better known as the end of the year. I can’t believe that it is taking them 18 months to fix the issue. Extremely dissatisfied and will not buy another Acura.

Fix the Infotainment problem Acura!!!
The infotainment system on the 2019 RDX doesn't work. They have been "trying" to fix it for 90 days now and the dealer says they have a spreadsheet with 1000 names on it waiting for a fix. Customer relations says they have no estimated date for a fix. Infotainment system includes navigation, phone, sound system, time and temp and most of the "luxury features". This doesn't seem to be important to Acura. It may also effect Hondas too. Incredibly frustrating and not a priority to Acura. We will think twice before buying another one. You should too1

Awesome in the Snow
I had read that prior year RDX models were not great in the snow, but the redesigned 2019 RDX has a wider wheel base and a snow mode which gave me hope. We just had our first major snow storm in Pennsylvania and the RDX performed amazingly. The only disappointment so far is that the MPG seems to me to be about 2 MPG lower than advertised—I get around 25/18 rather than the advertised 27/20, but this is what I expected based on reviews. Aside from that everything is great—I have the SH-AWD version with Advance package.
