2019 was a lemon & replacement 21 not much better

Bought brand new 2019 and it was in the shop every other week like clockwork. Steering rack, o2 sensors x6, the list goes on. Get brand new 2021 through lemon law and almost immediately steering rack replaced. Odd electrical issues and known issues with no manufacturer fixes still waiting from 2019. As soon as I get out of this thing, I am NEVER buying VW again.

We bought our 2022 Atlas R Line brand new and it has been an absolute nightmare. The brakes have been a constant issue, screechy and sometimes sounding like there’s an alien living under the hood of my car! This is even after being replaced, which happened after 6 visits and having to fight with them to replace it. The radio just stopped working altogether after only 6 months and had to be completely replaced. Then the head gasket had to be replaced. All under 50,000 miles! Customer service has been an absolute nightmare. One service manager even blamed the bad brakes on my driving skills and the climate. When we went to the dealership to speak to him so he could hear the brakes he called the police! He also told us to just go buy a Lexus. We asked to speak to the GM who was able to handle it. Just stay far far away! I couldn’t regret this purchase more. And I’ve lost so much money as it does not retain its value. Buyer beware.
