2018 Lexus LS 500
It is more expensive but this I my fourth LS and they just keep getting better. The depreciation is reasonable and a lot better than a Mercedes, BMW or AUDI. If I were fleeing a gang of criminals, there might be a better car but I do not do that. The reliability of every one of my LS's (2004, 2007, 2013 and now the 2018) has been superb and I value that a lot. I am not that intoxicated … by the three pointed star but if I drive 450 miles this car could not be much better and yet every year they improve it. Keep it up Lexus! I have been in Engineering for 45 years and quality of build and reliability are musts. There area lot of great cars out there but you can depend on Lexus and its excellent dealer network. It would be hard for me to go to a different brand. The infotainment system is a bit complicated but if you take a little time you can use it well. The German brands do not perform much if any better and they sure depreciate fast.
